The guy in drive thru was not able to understand "I NEED STRAWBERRY JAM". I had to ask him 7 times, then he started to teach me "correct" pronunciation - "ESTRABERY, it is called estrabery". I asked manager and she presented the same rude attitude screaming that she is busy.

The manager of this restaurant has very unpleasant behavior. She got very upset because I used the restaurant's bathroom. She started to take away things that I had in mind. I went to the bathroom to leave a piglet.

Every now and again we get taste for some McDonalds breakfast. Who doesn't like a McMuffin and hash brown? We use the Watkins location in Hayward 99 percent of the time. However, never ever again. We ordered this morning via the McDonald's app. We generally choose curbside delivery. We did that today. We get to our designated spot (4 in the P-lot). After parking the app wasn't working well and we had issues pulling up the store and our order. We tried a few times and it just didn't work so in the store we went. We walked up to the counter (there was no "Good Morning - How can I help you" greeting and told the lady working that we had an app issue. Before we even told her she said "I don't have your order" I can't help you". We told her we bought and paid for the food and wanted to show her the online receipt we were sent. It clearly showed with CC info that we did indeed have an order. She still refused to help and literally turned her back to us. We called her again (slightly louder) and she told us again I don't have the order. She told us to call the app. What? Where is the customer service? At this point she still refused to see the receipt. Once again I asked for my food (I'm getting a little irradiated with her responses). She now turns around and questions why we ordered via the app and not the counter. She looks directly at me and says "YOUR LAZY" for not ordering via the counter. At this point I'm a bit annoyed. She did this in front of a store full of people and they tells me to "calm down" or she won't give me my food. I said I thought you didn't have my order? She then tells me all the mistakes we made ordering. She tells me that we ordered via drive through. Now I'm questioning why she had no idea about our order but seems to have magically found it. Granted if we made the drive through mistake we apologize however keeping my food, telling me I'm lazy, yelling at me and telling me to calm down when you have something I paid for? Unacceptable. This review isn't regarding anything other than the manager on duty 11/25/23 at 9am. The rest of the staff was kind and courteous. Here is a copy of my receipt

I come here basically every morning except Sunday to get coffee and breakfast. I order the same thing every day. Most of the time it's correct, however they can hardly ever seem to get the correct amount of sugar and cream in my coffee. Its 7 sugar and 7 cream. But it's either waay to sweet, or really bitter. If you're not going to put the correct amount of sugar and cream in the coffee then put it inside the bag and ill do it myself, and why even bother asking if I want sugar and cream if you're going to put the amount YOU THINK i should get. Its always the same people at the window so why is it always difficult to get what i ask for ? But on the other side of the same coin there is one woman who knows what i order and i guess knows its me from my voice and its always correct which still makes no sense because the woman taking my orders isn't the same person making ny coffee, so I don't know. I just want my coffee the way i ordered it. Is that too much to ask ?

I ordered with the McDonald's app and they didn't have one of 2 apple pies in my order so they switch it out with a cheeseburger as my request which was great until I reached home and noticed all my food was burnt and not edible. Disappointed and very hungry because I haven't eaten all day I called this McDonald's and they keep hanging up in my face when I asked for a refund. Unfortunately I didn't get a refund for my food or an proper explanation for the reason why my food was burnt. Very Unprofessional establishment!

Drive-thru remodeled so it's nice and that aspect they even have a sitting area in the back past the parking lot look like indoor house dinette set but it was nice food was okay it's McDonald's upset I got coffee and I asked the lady for more once never gave it to me and it wasn't in the bag with the rest of my food so I have black coffee which is not what I asked for need employees who can pay attention she kept standing up on a step ladder really doing nothing she looked disheveled and wearing a dirty shirt she don't look like she was ready to be at work the machine was making the sodas I don't really know what she was doing. The young lady at the window where I paid was nice and helpful, so there are some pluses to this location.

lady rushed my order at drive thru and ended up getting my order wrong and instead of them fixing my order they told me i had to go back around in a very long wrapped around the restaurant line to fix it. Not going there again they need new staff at the windows.

I came here for Ice-Cream and yes they delivered. Their Ice cream machine is working. And also their happy meals comes with Pokémon cards now. Amazing.
