This place has screwed up every order I've ever put in. From saying no pickles and receiving extra pickles to asking for cheese and they're being nothing on my burger except for meat and the bun. The recent upgrades to the building allow you now to park after you get your food but the people and management their scowl at you every time you bring in an order saying hey you screwed it up.

Always check your orders here before you leave. 8/10 times they get your order incorrect. Last time, I got 4 piece nugget happy meal instead of 6 piece. I live close by so I really don't have a choice but to go here. Only thing I like is that they serve chicken nuggets for breakfast if you are willing to wait 10 mins. Workers need better training. Ice cream cones look ugly like they have to be served with a cup. Do not come here if you have a choice. Fries are always cold.

I had a really bad experience in this location tonight. Ordered 40 pcs chicken nuggets and asked them to give me 10 ranch sauce. When I asked if it's already in the bag, the lady said yes, but only to find out that there's only 2 sauce in the bag. I had to turn to ask for more. And yet when I asked for more, they keep asking each other and debating whether or not they are going to give me more. No sense of customer service at all. Very disappointed with this location. In addition they give an amount of medium fries to a large order. What a rip off!!!The whole point in ordering a large is to get more, not less. I'll be inspecting my orders next time before taking off, but other than that, they need to step up their customer service and stop ripping people off. And give enough napkin. They gave me 2 pieces, literally ?

The management of this place needs serious improvement.EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here they make me park in their stupid numbered spaces and wait for food.Mind you.. these orders are for like 1-2 people.I’ve served fast food and seen McDonald’s pumping up to hundreds of people per hour and this place can’t even take care of 2 orders back to back.I don’t know if they are just trying to get their steps in or make their “numbers” look good for drive through and the franchise owner

They don’t understand English there. Even the supervisor couldn’t get the order right. I asked the person who brought the food correction out if this is the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and she was like “yes”. I drive off and park to eat and open the bag to just medium fries and these mambo and spicy sauces. How do you hire people that can’t even understand the words on their menu?
