I come here for Taco Tuesdays and the tacos are pretty good. I normally get grilled chicken and carnitas. Carnitas is good and very oily lol but good No bad experience as of yet.

The menu has a lot of really great options! The beer batter taco is really good and my usual is the Haystack burrito. Really wish they would bring back the shredded chicken though! That was a major loss for me! I will wait forever

I ordered on DoorDash couple of days ago they messed up my order I asked for a refund never got it so I'm writing this review DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE I ASKED FOR JALEPENOS AND THEY GAVE ME CARROTS ONLY IN A ZIP LOC BAG , I asked for extra salsa did not get any mind you I paid for extra salsa , I asked for a burrito with extra salsa in the burrito and the burrito didn't have salsa and it tasted straight up like onions . WORST FUCKING FOOD I EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE

Al pastor could have been re-heated up some more after it's been in the holding pan for who knows how long. What got me though was the cashier smacking and popping his gum as he was taking my order. Management needs to do better with who is at the register representing the business. Should be called Ghetto Taqueria.

The cashier was the rudest person I have seen working in a position where they interact with people. When I said hello and tried to order she rolled her eyes. No doubt that this is a family member of the owner. When I got my taco's they were tiny and although they still tasted good it was not worth the money. By the way this is the only negative review that I have ever written. This is what happens when a small business owner gets greedy and shrinks the portions and raises the prices.

My husband and I went at rush hour to buy dinner, I ordered 2 burritos, tacos and flautas, this is the second time that the burrito arrives without shrimp. We took the trouble to go to Hayward since we live in Union City, obviously hungry, we started eating. and I noticed that they didn't bring the shrimp. I called again with the intention of getting the shrimp back and he asked me to bring my burrito so they could give me another one. I told him that I already finished it. I asked him to give them to me in a future purchase and he flatly refused. If I didn't go today there would be no way to claim them. When I had gone back the same day it was the cashier Raquel who ended up overcharging me and when I claimed that she did, she told me that just because the burrito was big, she wanted to add more shrimp. Resulting in me getting overcharged for it and still no shrimp. We like the food. We are almost daily customers and it is an injustice for a person who lives far away during rush hour. In the end, my night was ruined by such an unfair response!
