The food was delicious, perfect, the only thing I would like to emphasize, please, is the employee they have. Cashier at this time 4:23 pm apparently it's new they need to improve customer service, in the aspect that yes, they are taking orders by phone, don't leave you on hold for 10 minutes, okay it is understood that they are busy but they get up the phone and they hang up the call and you wait like a manso, I think it's quite rude if they can't handle the phone ordering system it's better to tell the customers that they no longer take orders by phone, because it's not the first time here in B street, as in the other location on A street, had done the same with the difference that I had to wait 18 minutes, in line I drove to the place between waiting for my turn to order and if they still didn't come back for the phone to take the order. thank you!!

I ordered a grilled fish simple burrito. They gave me a shrimp burrito. I'm highly allergic to shrimp and shellfish. It's a good thing I didn't bite bigger, otherwise I would have died.

I really like this metro in the east bay their beef tongue is my favorite and I really enjoy their all day burrito
They have 2 Hayward locations so be careful if you are DoorDashing lol. This Metro Taquero is right next to the movie theatre, which is convenient af if you are looking to get a quick bite to eat before your movie starts. The food is always good and comes out quick. I hear people really love the Haystack Burrito (comes with fries). YES THEY DO HAVE VEGETARIAN OPTIONS! I ordered the fried fish taco! I'm not going to lie, when I used to order it, it wasn't that great. It seems like they updated their menu. I wasn't really feeling the mango salsa on top but everything else on the taco tasted great! The fish taco is a pretty big size for it to be $5.99

The counter lady was a bit rude, and she was rude to the people behind us. If you sit out side no one brings your food you need to get it or it just sit there...they need a loud speaker.

We put in an order Thru door dash. The super carnitas burrito was delicious. Shredded chicken taco as were good as well.Give them a try you will be glad you did.Bon appetite

I came in with friends so I was distracted. No pics today, but I ordered the flautas and omg they were amazingly delicious and crispy. The service was quick as well. My only complaint is that I know most people appreciate the extra little baggie with a jalapeño, but it felt wasteful because I don't eat that. And I had to throw it away. I couldn't give it back due to sanitary issues. I wish they would have asked first if I wanted it. This was my first visit. And I only used 1 out of 4 salsa containers.

I really enjoy metros food, but they ALWAYS, ALWAYS get my DoorDash order wrong! It's so frustrating. They always mess up the meats which is a big deal! Like my last order we got carne asada instead of chicken in the baby burrito, no sour cream in the bowl and some kind of weird salsa that came on the quesadilla which is NOT supposed to come on it, never has. I hope they can get their act together and pay attention to the ticket! It's really becoming a problem!!!
