The staff were nice, understanding, and supportive. When I didn’t realize where the water cups are and asked for one, the staff politely pointed out where they were. Didn’t make me feel embarrassed or stupid for asking the question. Extremely professional. The kiosks I ordered on were very easy to use and simple. It provided everything in easy buttons and lots of options for modifications and sides. After ordering my food came almost immediately. I love the You Pick option, it’s a cheap way to get a bunch of delicious food. The Mac and Cheese was a little bit dry, but it still tasted homemade. Their soup is absolutely delicious. It is at the perfect temperature, has good blends of tomato and ingredients, and it isn’t too thick while also not being too watery and thin. My sandwich had the perfect ratio of vegetables, and the bread was light and fluffy, not hard to chew. Along with that— I care about the atmosphere of a restaurant a lot. This one was on point. This place felt cozy and carefree. Completely on board with the theming of the restaurant. There was no mismatched furniture or painting, everything followed the same colors and the same type of theme. Overall, Panera Bread (this establishment) has good food, good service and an amazing atmosphere. False advertisement.Asked for one of the largest and most expensive plates on the menu which is a teriyachi chicken with broccoli. Picture shows a nice large bowl. When served it was less than half of the bowl full. When claimed portion was not even close to the picture was told “well that’s just a picture, the portion is small”. Won’t be back there.

So I asked the guy at the counter if they could make me a BLT but what I got was a BLT with canned chicken. When I picked up my sandwich I told the employee that all I wanted was a BLT. And she said that is a BLT! The chicken was canned and tasted like cat food.. gross..

I ordered a togo salad, and about 50% of the salad was rotten. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back to return it, nor did I eat it because I was on duty. I don't recommend this place because I am pretty sure that the person who made my salad saw that it was rotten and they still packed it and gave it to me. So technically, I threw away about $20, and I was left hungry.Kid-friendliness: Yes.Parking: Do not leave valuable items in your vehicle.
