The food is great and the customer service was exceptional. I was told my food would take 10 mins; it was ready in 8 mins and the guy brought it to me while I was sitting on the phone in my car; I was not expecting that, but it was definitely appreciated. When I went in to place the order; the guy that took my order was friendly and helpful in helping me place the order. The place was organized and had seating available, but do to the need to speak on the phone I left the building and sat on in my car.

F*** this place. I waited almost an hour to have a driver assigned to my delivery so I called to see if maybe I could pick up or pay extra for a driver and he was so mean for no reason. I know they have no control over doordash and I was just seeing if I should cancel my order and maybe pay them extra instead for extra help but the man was mean and condescending for no reason. I managed cafes for years and would have been happy to pay more and work with them but he was so f****** rude so f*** them

We ordered Papa John's pizza through Grubhub for delivery. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza with make your own toppings. Food arrived on time. There was one topping missing. The pizza was soggy and couldn't be held up for eating without support. The ingredients did not taste fresh. We have a favorite pizza place but that recently got removed from Grubhub delivery so we gave this a try since it was nearby. Not ordering again any time soon.

I love Papa John's and esp when it comes to me from this location! The manger (owner?) - Moon is super courteous, helpful and genuinely cares about getting things done on time and right, I've spoken to her on a couple of occasions reg bulk orders. I don't get that vibe in many places nowadays. I've never had issues with delays or calls, I've almost always gone to my pizza being ready to go or 2min away. It's def my reliable regular!

It is not the best option the staff does not have. hygiene staff take money and touch the ingredients (all) and do not cover their hair and wear jewelry on their hands

The pizza is okay. Wings are tiny. But the worst part of it all is the customer service. There is one phone number in particular that always texts me rude things when i inquire about my order. I have 3 instances where they text me rude nasty things. If you order contactless delivery they will leave it on the floor near the street by your driveway. Be aware y'all. The people there are all rude you can't even communicate with them professionally because they will use foul language towards you. Never seen a business operate like this. (i have screenshots of all the texts but won't post)
