Came here with some friends, and upon entering, we noticed it was very empty.. but gave it a go anyway. We each ordered individually, and service was decent at first until our food came out. I had ordered a light combo, which was an order of pasta and a salad. Salads came out first and I hadn't realized the salad I ordered came with blue cheese (my fault of course) so I kindly asked the woman who took our order if it was okay to swap for a ceaser I even offered to pay extra for the trouble - and after giving me the rudest look she decides to almost scold me telling me that she told my friend it had blue cheese (I was not listening to what my friends ordered, and frankly I didnt know I was supposed to be?) I just thought it was so odd. After she took the salad back for a remake, I returned to my table and began to overhear this lady talk smack about me and my friends in spanish to the kitchen staff - I could understand everything. beside the unfortunate service, the food was not that good either.. The "all you can eat bread" was horrendously stale, and the pasta was bland with such a watery sauce. Me and my friends and I agreed to never come back and never recommend this place to anyone.

My to go order is their shrimp fttuchine and my grandniece is their fetuchine alfredo My favorite place whenever I crave for pasta! as well as my grandniece.. everytime she comes for her vacation from Ohio we have to go and dine here.Service is fine you have to order the food and pay at the counter and they will bring the food to your table.serving size is enough and I love it since it s piping hot.they have self service bread which is kind of nice as well as their soda fountain. I am not sure if there is a tv or music playing in the background but for sure we really enjoy our food.

Really nice staff. Good prices. Consistent quality. This a regular go to spot for me to get a quick lunch during work.

I didn't realize this is a restaurant chain? Food is not bad, and all you can eat bread isn't bad. I usually get the spaghetti and meatballs. Service was good and a clean restaurant.Parking: More than enough spots to park at.Kid-friendliness: I've seen families with little ones there, never a problem.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide front door with lots of space to move around in a wheelchair.

Bread and butter is probably the best item they serve. Chicken Ceasar is also delicious but hit/miss when it comes to the chicken prep. Don't bother with the pastas unless you're into bland, glorified frozen meal tasting food. I give 3 stars because the hostess/cashier is very kind, hard working, and is welcoming. She always knows before I even ask to throw in an extra butter for bread. The space itself is clean and parking is Abundant.

Not the best pasta to be completely honest, even olive garden is better than here & that's saying a lot! We were passing so we decided to try. We didn't eat inside, i'm not too entirely sure they even had a dine-in option as there wasn't anybody eating there. Either that or they're not really popular but regardless, we got takeout. Now, if you go back to my previous reviews about pasta, you'll see that i live for fettuccine alfredo. Rigatoni's fettuccine alfredo just is not it. I can't even give it a rating because i have no description for it. My wife got their lasagna & that is the ONLY reason why i am giving 2 stars. It wasn't the best she ever had either, she also agrees that there are a whole lot of other better places to get lasagna. But it was decent is the thing, it was actually sort of saucy & wasn't dry like mine. The woman that i picked up from was very blah, wasn't really helpful so i gave the minimum tip because my toxic trait is that i always tip regardless of what server there is. Inside the decor was pretty basic, not trying hard to represent an italian vibe. Overall, just a very mediocre place so unfortunately we will not be returning to try again.

In the pass the French bread was really good. This time they are cutting corners. I ate it so it didn't go to waste. But it was not as good as in the pass. I would not order again.Red sauce was not that tasty either.

Food is not good unless you are really hungry. You order at the counter before you sit which is not the best experience. The service is good and the ambiance ok. You can spend a couple of more bucks and go to a place like Olive Garden instead. Minestrone was very bad and it looked old. I looked at, it and knew it wasn't not going to be good. I regret tasting it!!

Order first, before self serving. I got the chicken and spinach rigatoni and my bf got the spicy Cajun pasta. My rigatoni had Alfredo sauce which was kind of bland. I had to add a lot of chili pepper to give it some flavor. Overall, the pasta was cooked right but the sauce just needed more. They give you a lot so I have left overs. The Cajun pasta was good!! I wish it was spicer. Ambiance is nice, small restaurant at the corner. Good parking. You serve your own water, utensils, bread, etc. one worker checked in on us after giving us our food, very nice lady. The pasta was around $16 which I think coulda been better for that price. I would come again but try a different pasta.

We bought a pick-up order the 1/2 tray Spaghetti & Meatballs it was delicious. Staff is courteous. The place was full of people with a very long line ( it was Thursday 5:30 p,m) with one cashier taking orders and one other staff handling to go orders and they were working fast and efficiently.
