Title: Unprofessional Behavior and Poor Customer Service ExperienceI recently visited this Starbucks location with the expectation of enjoying a warm beverage and some quiet time before closing. However, my experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of one particular employee. Upon arriving at 8:28 PM, just two minutes before the posted closing time of 8:30 PM, I found the door already locked. Despite my attempts to engage with the employee inside, she refused to acknowledge my presence until precisely 8:30 PM, at which point she curtly informed me that the store was closing.Not only was this behavior rude and dismissive, but it also demonstrated a lack of empathy and understanding towards customers who may arrive shortly before closing. As someone who values excellent customer service, I was extremely disappointed by this encounter.I hope that management will address this issue promptly and ensure that all employees are trained to provide a welcoming and respectful environment for customers, regardless of the time of day. Until then, I cannot recommend this Starbucks location to others. Pop p P

This is a Starbucks but you can feel the location deals with a lot of challenges. There are a lot of homeless transients hanging outside. No public restrooms . Remember to lock your car. They will get into it if you leave it unlocked. The coffee was still great but the experience was disappointing.

The worker this morning was rude. I felt so rushed to order I didn't get to change milk options so I ended up not even drinking my drink. There weren't many customers and she wasn't the only worker there so I'm not sure what her stress was. I'll drive farther for a better Starbucks experience.

This particular Starbucks is anti-homeless. They have no plug Outlets whatsoever I've been seeing these around large Urban and small urban areas where there's a large homeless population. With this particular location is in Hayward California which is right next to Oakland so these people who are homeless obviously need more safety and protection, and not having any means to charge your devices to keep in contact with family or any type of opportunity for work hampers their ability to succeed during the day. This is just my opinion on Starbucks I think that it's racist.

I haven't had a great customer service experience from Starbucks in a long timeeeee but today the barista, Marsha, made my trip very special! We definitely need more kind souls like Marsha in the customer service industry as she went above and beyond with ensuring our drinks were made correctly and ensuring her customers left satisfied.

Today we decided to go to a different Starbucks a little further then the one closest to home and we ordered a Matcha Green Tea with Cold Foam. As we went to pick up our order the Barista asked if we wanted to drink a little so it didn't make a mess all on the cup. We then told her yes and thank you because the store we went to Bayfair made a very messy cup and when we asked them to fix it they told us it would take 10-20 minutes cause they were busy. We told Marsha about our experience and how it made us never wanna go there again. Out of the kindness of her heart she gave us this store credit gift card for the inconvenience of another store. We need more baristas like Marsha ! Best Starbucks experience ever !
