I walked in on a Saturday morning at opening, 8 am, to pick up a couple of things and stopped at this Starbucks to pick up a coffee and a bite of breakfast. The lights were still turned off at 8:15 so I asked if they were open. The female Filipino barista with glasses (don't know her name) that was behind the counter says, "ummmmmmm were closed." So I asked, when do you open? She said, "not until maybe 9 or 9:30." However, the Starbucks hours clearly say open at 8:00 am. Sucked that I couldn't get a coffee while I was there. So anyone going in hoping to get a coffee at 8 am, the barista apparently is still trying to wake herself up. Don't go there.

5 stars! Friendly and helpful staff, quick service! Music level was just right, not too loud. Delicious peppermint mocha and tasty pumpkin bread.

Slow service. Took 25 minutes for one drink. There were 5 people who ordered after me and got their drinks first. Had to remind them twice about my drink. Just terrible.

I've visited this Starbucks a couple of times and the service has been pretty good. Sadly this time that we went they were out of a couple of things and one of their machines was broken, but the lady that took my order was nice when explaining what they could make. Drink portion size was okay. It seemed like the portion size was the same as other Starbucks locations.

When I get my ice coffee in the morning things are ok , I went right now after work , and I was told to pay in card only because they had no change (ones) . So I bought two large ice coffees , that what I payed for , I got one of the them the 2nd was 3/4 full, the guy working there said he ran out and it would be a long wait , to make more , the PM crew here need to get there s*** together, I payed good money , and I was ripped off 1/4 of a cup of coffee because the people there are lazy to make more coffee, I'm very upset at the service here,

The latte was good but I ordered ahead on the app and when I arrived my latte waa not done because they were out of the syrup I wanted.so So I had to wait and was late to work.

Don't quite feel that ambient warm fuzzy feeling i once had. That unbreakable bond has been broken by the pandemic. Maybe give it time. I've lost a lot of reward points i once accumulated. ?
