Worst starbucks I think the employees are literally high or they don't know how to make drinks.

This location routinely turns off mobile ordering for no reason I can tell. I assume they don't want to deal with the load. When I ask why it's off, they tell me in the store that it's on. Oh really? I walked in today, 7 people in line, 4 people working, 1 person taking orders. 10 minutes later, no order taken yet, but I saw no one pick up a mobile order. It's freaking infuriating to plan your day and when to leave home around a location where you assume you could order a coffee on your way but.. nope, not here. When it works it works and it's ok but the inexplicable reasons why this location won't let me order ahead - while others do, so why are they blaming it on my "phone"? - makes it tough to be loyal. Also, waiting in line here is such a long chore that you can order at the next nearest location, drive there and pick up, and still be done before you'd get your drink through the wait here. Buh bye.

this Starbucks may be on the older ones in the bay area. it's small inside with only 2 tables presently available for seating. service is prompt by the 5 barrstas behind the counter. many people are ordering online and popping in just to pick up their drinks. brew: dark roast (m. 2.65) -the one tasted bolder than the others, had more body. -the use a different blend every week, didn't bother to ask blend. it all tastes about the same. this lot has lots of parking. location is at the left corner of the center.

This is my closest Starbucks location so it's my go to! I do wish they had a drive thru honestly, I don't really love driving up to the one by Costco to use the drive thru. (That ones great too btw, it's just way busier than this one typically) I usually use mobile order & then drive over, I'm literally a 3 min drive away & very rarely have I ever had to wait too long. The workers have always been friendly, accommodating, and my drinks have always been great. I've lived near here for 3 years now & my Starbucks addiction is still very strong, I really have no complaints! When COVID first started I hated the shortened open times, but I totally understood. There's also a few tables outside you can sit at, if I'm not in a rush I sit in the sun & chill a bit. I have friends who work at Starbucks in other locations & I understand how hectic it can get, so I really appreciate how the workers keep their cool & still provide good friendly service!

I come here everyday and I ordered same as always and this is my coffee today. I didn’t took a sip or anything.The people of this shift is rude, I paid for a big coffee and they game a little one. Last time coming here, going to Peet’s from now on.

OMG!!! This is by far the worst starbucks ever!!!!! They can never get it rite. 2 days in a row they messed up my drinks went to fix it messed it up again then get mad at me and argue with me because I said it was wrong again. Never would have thought a Manager Ashley would sit and argue about it not being rite again. Maybe if the employees were listening instead of being busy taking group pictures well its busy they would get it rite the first time. Whole store needs to be retrained

I thought mobile orders were supposed to be quicker than in store ordering. I ordered my drink almost a half an hour ago, and my drink isn't ready yet - even after pick up time given. I've seen ppl who came in AFTER me, ordered in store & got their drinks before me. Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Barista kept saying that my drink was in line, I had to ask twice before given my drink.

I’ve never seen a more ridiculous starbucks than this one. They prioritize in store orders over mobile orders. I ordered my coffee 15 minutes before I got to the store with my sister and she ordered hers in store. She got hers way before mine was even ready. I waited 30 minutes to get my coffee. Never coming to this one again.
