I will be honest the first time I have this location a really bad receive because I had a bad experience with them giving me a drink that I had an allergic reaction too. I was so frustrated I asked to speak to a manager. And let me tell you they have the best manager I have ever met! She more than took care of my issue and she helped me to really love this location.Ms, Joby Is the most humble and understanding manager, she will go as far as to get on her hands and knees and assist all her staff. The world need more leadership like this! I am more than impressed with the service. Today Ms. Joby took care of my needs and i am so grateful to have been assisted by her! They have much integrity here!

Service is extremely slow for a coffee place. Workers are chit chatting while customers pile up. 2 clients were ahead of me and it took about 10 minutes to get my coffee. Extremely disappointed. Corporate should visit this location and retrain the employees working here.

Tried calling the store, nothing. I would rate 0 stars if I could . They messed up my order twice. They literally made the latte into a frappe but when I got my drink, it was a bunch of pieces of little ice. That’s not a Frappuccino. If maybe they would be more concentrated in making the correct item, we wouldn’t have to write these reviews. What a waste of money and the young lady told me she can be redoing the drinks. It’s not my problem she can’t make drinks right the 1st time. Save time and money and go to your usual location where they won’t mess up your order.

I was discriminated upon here. 3 people ordered pumpkin cream cold brew. They made 3 chai on mistake. Attendant states sorry to two ladies and states "we accidentally made chai and are remaking your drinks but you can have these". She then ignores me standing there(she knows who I am because she took my order) and takes the drink with my name and starts drinking it herself! Like seriously just blew me off as I am less important a customer because of my sex and skin color.... Not good Starbucks

My baby was very hungry and crying. I asked the Starbucks person that if I buy the horizon milk from the Starbucks, would you able to steam it. After all they steam milk every minute. I got it done from 9 out of 10 times from different Starbucks in the past. But this person was like “nahhh I won’t do it” and just saw my baby crying.You can’t separate business and values IMO

How about the staff spend less time talking and chatting about things to their friends / coworkers off to the side and focus on getting orders out? 4 people on staff and 10 minutes for a frap?

The Iced Caramel Macchiato was just milk and coffee completely mixed and tasted more milk than a coffee. It was hard to ask them to make it again since there were 2 individuals and the wait time was about 30 mins. Tasted terrible, bad service and wasted time. Do not recommend.

My second time getting a drink here and I really appreciated how Jacob offered the puppuccino to my dogs! I always bring my dogs to target and never thought about getting them puppuccino since I am always on the run! But now I will be coming back for it! Thank you my dogs really enjoyed it!
