they added many extra fees to my order + the wrong more expensive sandwich + a tip without my consent :/The order for 1ft long meal + a 6 in. sub should never cost almost $40when confronted about it the worker tried to blame me and had a story already lined up, but then started offering me free food really hastily.i didnt think i would be robbed in a subway by their own employees.i reported this and hopefully it gets resolved.

I went November 9 of 23 around 820 pm. a Indian girl who was a racist or had a bad attitude, put 2 slices of ham for a foot long sandwich and some vegetables, but when I paid her she forcefully snatched the money from my hand, and almost she returned thrown into my hand , for my part I think that Indian women have a racist problem.

I was at this location twice within the last 2 weeks. Both times I was served by RAJ & Anklita A. Not 2 sure if the spelling is correct on the second name. One of the Host order ID:# isLMX6KVGSKVSSD272.I just want to say both of these people need a raise. They were fast friendly efficient and very polite. They know this business very well, and They do it with a friendly smile on their face daily. ?5☆☆☆☆☆ Hands Down ???

More expensive than other subways. When I asked how not to leave a tip she looked at me like she didn't understand. 12" Tuna sandwich will cost you $15 with a mandatory tip. Done with Subway, a really amazing sandwich from Safeway will run you $13.

If I could I would give ZERO stars. This is why Subway is failing. Ordered a footlong tuna and this is what it looked like... WHERE IS THE TUNA?? She said it was 4 scoops of tuna.... I BARELY see 1 spread across. Don't come here. The Castro Valley or Mission one is actually makes a decent sandwich. This location is absolutely horrible

Sandwiches are good but they don't put enough meat in them, they put more veggies than anything. Now TOGOS on the other hand loads their Sandwiches up with plenty of meat and produce!
