This location doesn't accept coupons even when I had the coupons that came in the mail it didn't say only at participating locations. The lady working there ringing me up was really rude about me asking about the coupons but said they don't accept them at all where was the sign and also I got sick off the sandwich so I suggest not coming here probably should report them to the health department.

On 10/03/2023 I purchased three one-foot sandwiches. The seller was unfriendly and seemed to be trying to save money by using as few ingredients as possible. As a result, the sandwiches were very small because she made the ingredients for three sandwiches are equivalent to the ingredient amount for one only. It's totally not worth the price.This type of dishonest customer service is hurting her own business. I will not be returning to the store, and I would advise others to do the same.

The two young lady's who work on the weekends are very nice, work very fast and are respectfu. My favorite subway! Will be coming often , recommend.

Second time there. The owner serves you and always trying to change your orders. You ask for one bread and try's to give you another. Also mixes the food. He will touch's one thing and throws it back after laying it on your sandwich. Counts the items like he afraid to loose money. My sandwich tasted like chilis on it with no chilies ordered. Very bad ! His customer service isn't the best. Sad I was hoping to enjoy this subway so close to home. Maybe he should hire some employees with good skills to take over his position.

Ordered online and paid online thus when it stated my order was ready went to pickup my sandwich however when I got there my order was not ready. They didn't make the sandwich as they didn't recognize the coupon offered through their app. Not sure how that was my fault and why they didn't make the sandwich but I had to wait. After a few minutes they decided to honor what I paid on the app. Customer service here is non existent. Go to another subway if you can.

08/30/21 7pm. The staff did not know how to prepare what I ordered through the app. They seemed very confused. There was no supervisor or manager to talk to. They didn’t want to compensate for something else. Just wasted my time. Very disappointed

I called you guys 17 times and each time whoever was in there kept hanging up. Im coming in there afterwork and I really hope he is still there. Fire him ASAP.

This subway is the best subway in hayward! The staff is very nice and everything is also very clean and sanitized. The employee who helped me (I think her name is Natalia) was very helpful in helping me choose what I wanted. Definitely coming here again!

This place is straight a*** The woman owner is rude and doesn't care about the customers. If it's anywhere near 2 o'clock, don't even bother. She won't acknowledge you. Kudos to the Hispanic girl doing all the work! She's the only good thing there!!!! Only reason they got a star.

Clean store, friendly service, fresh bread, veggies and meats. Location is in an individual area where I wouldn't expect to find a Subway. Finding this store saved me a lot of time.
