We were ordering for 6 people, 5 adults and a four year old. The lady working had a poor attitude towards us from the moment she seemed to realize we had a large order.They had no customers when we first walked in. We had walked here from a mile away cause our vehicle is being worked on. The young man working had a better attitude than she did.The young man rung up the order and I paid $97 and some change, the lady worker was still making my husbands sandwich but still went ahead and charged my husband a buck something, for some avocado that my son added to his sandwich. I’m gonna assume the young man told her he didn’t charge us for it because how does she know he didn’t charge me when he first rung me up?It was also pretty warm inside the store so we sat at a table close to the door and propped the door open for the breeze and she came and closed the door, but I had asked the young man if it was okay for me to open the door and he said it was fine.

This subway really knows how to make a big fat juicy sandwich way better than the one closer to my house. I will always remember to drive to creekside to get my sandwiches until castro Valley Subway changes how they make sandwiches or changes ownerships.

They don't take bills 50 and over the subtotal was $49.27 and they did not want my 50 dollar bill I had 3 10 dollar bills and 2 5 dollar bills plus the one dollar bill and a 2 dollar bill Just enough for the sandwiches. So make sure to have change.

It's a sub shop; the sandwiches taste great and the staff is friendly and efficient.

Don't come here. It is October 2022 and they keep flip flopping on their Covid rules specifically around whether you can refill your cup. As of last week things were "back to normal" today rules changed again. There's no signs anywhere and they watch you if you try to top off your drink the cashiers power trip over it. I've been coming here for years and always some kind of issue and it's the same two women. Don't recommend this place, go elsewhere.

My wife and I went in and found the service to be terrible. We were told no refills and the service was very different compared to other subways. The the company however this location does not represent subway.

On December 1st at the subway located in Creekside shopping Ctr. My husband & I came to get a couple of sandwiches. It was two employees there (young man & older lady). The lady ahead of us was getting a sandwich, a door dash employee walked in she stopped mid sandwich & assisted the door dash lady. When she was done, she never returned to finish her sandwich. She yelled at the other employee in front of all the customers to finish the sandwich. The lady ahead of us was upset she left with no sandwich. The guy was shaking like a leaf he could barely make sandwiches. He was nervous but he managed to make our food. I don't know if she was his supervisor or not. That gives her NO right to speak to him in such a negative way.
