No good atention from workers to costumers, specially from encharge people, nothimg agains the team preparing food, also , utensiles ,napkings,sauces ...they keep this items away from costumers, and when ask for they show actitud ..they need improve this

Honestly I'm no longer into fast food, but this TB was great. I'm not sure what they're obsessing with using kiosks are... But when I complained about it, they allowed me very quickly to order through the register.... Honestly, I walk out of just about anywhere that is trying to make me use a kiosk..,.. but then again I never really eat fast food anymore so I was kind of shocked. But I was really happy that the lady didn't try forcing me to use a kiosk. She went okay, no problem and help me out. The food was tasty and quick so I was very happy. Also, even though California is trying to wrench every dime out of us, their food was still affordable as well which was wonderful. Definitely recommend this one.Parking: No, probably about 20 or so. Parking spaces here.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp to get inside as well as several handicapped spaces available in the parking lot

Lotta good energy young people in there, very patient in my ordering since it has been quite a while since being able to. 1/2 my food I ate right out from the door and the rest was just as enjoyable after getting home, Str8 Winner ?Kid-friendliness: Spacious and welcoming dining room, any parent would be alright with their children eating inside ?

In this place the employees looks like they are working in their bad days because they are very rude, the food is good but the customer service is terrible. And never bring a $100 bill they never have change maybe because they didn’t sell anything all day I don’t know what’s going on. They should contract happy people to work here. No music and heavy ambient.

The manager would not accept cash and would not give me a code for the bathroom. She kept saying if the door is locked that means there is somebody in there -- I waited twenty minutes and there was nobody there. I am not eating here anymore. The Taco bell was empty at the time and I am used to this treatment in both oakland and hayward.

Came to grab some food here the other night. There was an item missing from our order and when I asked for nacho fries they gave us regular fries with nacho cheese sauce Before they gave us the bag they asked if we wanted sauce, to which we replied "mild and fire sauce please" and then we looked in the bag to only find "hot" sauce. And they didn't give us a receipt so we couldn't even go back to get the burrito they forgot to give us. Probably never going back to this location.

I was very disappointed with this Taco Bell You could only order by computer and they did not accept cash at all And I could not get the employee behind the calendar to assist me in ordering I left empty handed without spending anything

I came in to get a cup of water and use the rest room she told me I cannot unless I buy something so I asked her if I could use the restroom first then come in and buy…she was cold as ice and said absolutely not. So what kind of a relationship and reaction is Taco Bell expecting when your managers have no good faith or desire to truly care smh

This is the worst location. I don't know why I bother coming. They mess up my order every time. I only try this place 3xyr tops, because it's around the corner from where I live, and I'm always hoping it gets better and they actually train their employees. They never train their people on what the fresco option is for sure. 100% they are ALWAYS confused whenever I, or anyone I know, asks. Tonight I had to pay extra for tomato's, WHICH WAS NEARLY $5, for a party pack, after repeatedly asking for fresco and saying I just want meat, lettuce, and tomato. I got to the window and it was just meat and lettuce. None of my friends will eat the food like that. The speaker is also always busted so you can't hear the person on the headset as well. And apparently the headsets must be messed up too now, because it appears that they can't hear you very well either. If the Castro valley location had a drive through on it I'd never go to this one.
