Not sure if the staff is being trained correctly or what but i just did an app order and the chips were stale and the cinnatwist weren't even coated with sugar SMFH like really if your going to work in fast food know how to do job and FIFO your products!!

Worst Taco Bell!! Always messing up orders! I was the only one inside and my order was the only ticket on their screen but they still managed to leave a part of my order out. I didn't bother checking because I trusted the employees working since there was no other pending order but nope, still messed up. Always check what's inside your bag before leaving the s*** place! Forsure will drive all the way to the alvarado location just for better service cus this ain't it.

Bad service from one of the crew, they missed one of my order thru grubhub and she told me to pick up my miss order At the store. Doesn't make sense.

They need more people working in the morning. Their was only 2 workers and only was cooking. 5 people were waiting for their orders. I waited 15 min. for 4 burritos.

I often go there as I'm a student at a nearby college. The managers are rude and made me wait long because they aren't organized. I wouldn't mind waiting in a long line, but apprantely they want me to wait in a line twice, after making me wait so she could call a different manager and ask her if she did offer me a 5 dollar discount the next time because I received completely burnt fiesta potatoes in one of my visits.

This Taco Bell is the worst I have ever been to. I would suggest going to any other fast food joint in this shopping center before going here. They are slow, the manager doesn't care about the customers and there are homeless people hanging ot inside.

I live nearby, so I figured I go there again. Bad idea, still the same as last time. Poor customer service, but that's not a big deal at a fast food restaurant. The Supreme Beef tacos were horrible. Hardly any sour cream, brown lettuce, borderline rotten tomatoes. Beef looked and tasted like dog food. Where is the cheese? A better question is: where is the health department??? Doesn't the franchise owner care about food quality? The answer is no. He/she wants to make money without giving any effort, and does not care how many people get sick. Shame on you for selling such bad food. You should not be in the restaurant business, or any kind of business. If you care contact me, come look at the food you charged me for. Yes, it's in the trash!!!!! People- Do not come here ever! Any Taco Bell is better than this one. Don't waste a penny here. The owner does not deserve you hard earned money

This place sucks and it always has since I was kid. So the past 25 years goin to this place it nnever seems to surprise me. Customer service at this location is a joke. Literally standing there 10 mins to orDer and nothing. Needs a new staff and manager. Employees that actually want to work might be a good Idea. It's sad to see that this place this bad for so long. Stop usin a kiosk as an excuse for customers to order. Do your damn job then we wouldn't have thEse stupid kiosks everywhere. Again this place sucks

I have a early lunch 10:00am. I went to Taco Bell because I enjoy the hash browns. I walk in and no customers are in there but I find myself waiting because the workers are deep in a he said she said conversation. After my order is finally taken I waited long enough to have a phone conversation and read a article off my phone. My lunch is only 30 minutes so I get my food and take off not to be late. I look in my bag while driving and the main thing I wanted was not in the bag... hash browns. Besides all that there was homeless people standing around the place, one drinking beer barely keeping his pants up.. (remember it's 10:00am) I don't not believe I will return to that location.
