It seems like there is absolutely no thought put into making the food. It's just slopped together!!!A burrito supreme is $6.49 and 4 inches long So very sad!!!!!

Very inconsistent quality. Last week, the corn chips were hideously rancid because someone's not changing the oil. Tonight, I ordered supreme tacos and they forgot the sour cream. Every time I go here, there's something, every single time, that they mess up.

I've gotten sick from this place twice this year now , I had KFC from here like a month ago (it's a joint fast food restaurant) and had food poisoning for days !!!! Had a Mexican pizza meal today and the meat had a weird chemical / soapy taste and guess what ... stomach aches and vomiting 4 hours later ! Not to mention the weird chemical after taste too . This place has really gone down hill , seems like there's 2 people working at all hours of the day . You can order 1 meal and be told to park and wait for 10 min plus . Never coming here again there's definitely something wrong in the way this business is being ran.

Service is slow. Be prepared to wait for a long time for your food. I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for more than 10 minutes with about 10 other cars. Pay your workers decent wage Taco Bell and maybe you’ll get more workers. Being short staffed is poor business management. The Taco Bell in Jackson St does much faster service.

Service wasn't bad, food was made okay, cashier was friendly enough. But the only problem was the dine-in situation, you guys can reopen the full dining area and fountain drink station now since only half the dining area was open while the rest and the fountain machine were all blocked/taped off like really, 2 almost 3 years into this pandemic and you guys are still doing this? Just reopen it for god sake and stop with this over the top covid paranoia please, thank you.
Very disappointed.Most of the time they forget things on your order.But they will also make you wait for 20min out front to give you cold food.Its worth finding someplace else. I have this place many trys over the last 3 years,it just keeps getting worse.

Worst place to get Taco Bell didn't get my order correct even though I had to pay extra to make changes and then tried to short me on our food and not give us the nacho and made us wait 10 minutes for them to make it and after getting it the beans on the nacho were super crusty definitely not edible

This place has way too many one-star reviews from people who forgot Taco Bell is a fast food joint. I've been ordering here for the last three years with only very minor issues. Once late at night, my order took a really long time, and once my taco shells were crushed, but that could happen anywhere and neither was a consistent issue. The employees are friendly, get the orders/customizations right, and don't skimp on the hot sauce packets. The dining area and bathrooms are relatively clean. It's a perfectly acceptable Taco Bell (and KFC) experience.

It has been 35 minutes. Started off with 6 cars in front of me. One car left. Unacceptable! You can't go inside to order. Just got the food after 40 minutes. I will never go again. Both Foothill and Jackson Street allow you to order inside and never a delay like this. It happened last week but I didn't realize this is the way they are running their business. They should have a sign warning of the delay before you get stuck in line.

Worst Taco Bell KFC as I went there and they ran out of chicken. How does a KFC run out of chicken? I ended up going somewhere else. Drive thru you always get sent to a number in the parking lot and they always get my order wrong as they always miss something.
