I love the cake pops hers! They always bring my vision to life for my kids birthdays. I ordered ladybug inspired cake pops and ladybug inspired birthday cake for my daughter's 5th birthday. The cake pops were moist and the design was exactly what I wanted. They always bring my visions to life.

Came to try them out and all the cupcakes look delicious. I ended up getting the Twix cupcake. It’s a little too sweet for me, but if you are a big dessert person you’ll love it

I've been a loyal customer for over a decade. Saturday was my last visit. Cupcakes may be good but service is EVERYTHING!Yolanda Diaz is rude, unprofessional and is classless when handling issues related to the employees screwing up orders. Instead of resolving the issue Yolanda actually escalated the issue with her racial and derogatory remarks!#BLM PERIOD!

Not sure if this place is closed but they need to fix the hours. Came here to get some cupcakes and on yelp said open. Drove in the rain and it said closed. Bummer

Have been here a few times but decided to hire The Cupcake Shoppe to make desserts for our baby shower. The whole process was easy and response to our request was quick. We ordered brownies, cookies, mini cupcakes, rice krispy treats, and banana shooters and everything was delicious! They even included 10 extra cookies and helped us get everything to the car during pick up. Great desserts and even better customer service, will definitely use again in the future for big events. Thank you for everything!!

Whenever I'm in Hayward I drive pass this bakery and they're closed. I was finally able to catch them open one day so I decided to treat my sweet tooth. I walked in and immediately noticed there was no line and two employees in the back preparing other orders I assume. Waited a good 2 minutes or so before a young girl came out to take my order. She was not friendly or seemed to be in a not so good mood. There was a good variety of cupcakes and other desserts. I noticed some cupcakes smaller and some bigger which I didn't like as they all should typically be the same size. However, I purchased 3 cupcakes (oreo, tres leches, red velvet) and banana pudding for $20. Banana pudding is approx $ 7, each cupcake is $5 and they sell "day old" cupcakes for $3.50. This shop seems to have a lot of good reviews, but in my opinion the cupcakes are over hyped they aren't that good and the bananas in the banana pudding were not ripe. If you're looking for that real banana pudding flavor this isn't it. Overall pretty expensive shop, I could have saved my $20.

I love all the flavors here. It's so hard to pick! The cupcakes are a large size than most bakeries which is a plus. The owner is so sweet! She greeted me once I came in! We ended up getting a banana, mint chocolate, cotton candy and vanilla which we loved. I know so basic flavors but we will be back for more!Omg we also got the banana pudding, it's literally sooooo good. I felt so guilty how good it was lol. Def it was a treat!

I've been coming here for years but something feels a little different now. The last few times what I always order has collectively been tasting well not as good as I remember. I went Thursday and decided to try one of the "day old" cupcakes when I took a bite the top of the cupcake was hard it was stale upon checking the flavor menu it was a cupcake from 2 days prior not just the day before. Just thought I'd mention because it was a complete waste being too old to even eat little disappointed

Being a native of Hayward, I always like to find and support local businesses. The Cupcake Shoppe is one of the those Hayward treasures. I love going there every chance I get. The cupcakes are amazing and the staff is always willing to help you in your choices. The Margarita Cupcakes with a shot are amazing. It is a small place but the inside is amazing with the murals and it always smells good inside.

They're always good service always great ambience always nice when I enter the shop the smell of cupcakes, desserts, banana pudding I get excited like a bagel kid at the candy store. I definitely recommend you try the cupcake shop. If you haven't been there you need to go I'm talking like a ASAP. I tried the German chocolate cupcake and the banana caramel cupcake. I ate half of the German chocolate and still have a whole banana caramel. I can't wait to dig into but my favorite one is banana cream pie or banana split they have a variety of flavors on certain days so you need to check the website and even call if you have to, but yes, I am definitely a big cupcake fan

I don't usually like cupcakes. But these are the best cupcakes I have ever had. The flavor is amazing and the frosting is so good. Some even have fillings. I usually hate cupcake frosting from the store but this frosting I eat it all up. I love the mint cupcakes!
