I have never been so disappointed in a sandwich from this Togos! The only thing they got right was the size, a mini. I always order the Hot Pastrami. With light mustard, Swiss cheese, mayo, tomatoes and lettuce, hot and melty, extra meat. For which I pay close to $5.00 extra. I got a mini, with bread so hard, I can't even bite through it. No Swiss cheese. Cold. No mayo. No extra meat. As a matter of fact hardly any meat at all. I have waited for this sandwich for about a week because they were closed by the time we wanted to order. And it's inedible!!

I didn't get the young gentlemens name. He hand made these sandwiches and took his time, giving a real homestyle feel, he made our sandwiches look so good, and they tasted even better!! My father in law who is disabled, ate his whole sandwich, very rare. THANK YOU, the food made me feel good. So good, i had to write this review.

Customer service here is great, and in other aspects they have greatly improved- I believe maybe they have a new manager. My only complaint is that the sandwiches have been very small the last few times I've ordered. I'm not sure if it's just me getting unlucky or if they started putting less meat on them.

The hot pastrami sandwiches were very good. The service was very slow. I got 2 sandwiches and the person making them did one at a time. Must have been new because he had to ask others questions.The place is so empty. Only self serve drinks and the lids. 3 people came and went while I waited and waited.

This location has the worst store manager. She chooses to only hire high school students, so she can miss treat them. This location has such a high turnover as this manager, just sends a text to these teens saying, "the store is not a good fit for you anymore" and is allowed to terminate these teens without them ever being written up because they do not know any better. This location needs to be audited by the Labor Law. That manager needs some serious management training and needs to be replaced.

I've only been to this place twice. Each time I go there it's not that bad, but also I am not a big complainer. I put it an online order and ended up just picking it up. The place is spacious and very sterile, probably a hold over from covid. It was kinda crackin in there, hella people. I think it was the place to get turnt on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the new pastrami cheesesteak. It was alright, could be better but what can I expect. I also go the cheese soup, it tasted exactly what it is. Maybe it needed pepper. The staff were a bunch of kids working, I get it. They're just trying to make money, no fault on them. They're doing their best.

Came here this past Saturday to get two orders of their French Dip sandwiches, the lady was kind enough to go out of her way to rewarm and re-toast the sandwiches even though i arrived almost an hour late after placing a mobile order. The three workers on shift were all very kind and welcoming and the place was clean. I cannot comment on the sandwiches themselves because I have them to two friends but they ate them just fine so I'm assuming they were good!
