I've got to put 5 stars to all for this small sushi spot in Healdsburg. The staff are always friendly and ready to get you into a table. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed, once you get your first bite of food, you know you've come to the right place. Delicious rolls, appetizers, udon, hand rolls, baked rolls, bento boxes. This small kitchen packs a punch and its all flavor and quality ingredients. Whether I want to dive in and try some specials or take my favorites to go... I choose Otoro!

I'm so surprised by how fresh the fish was, everything here is so fresh and delicious, more importantly the price is super reasonable compared to the quality we've got from food and service I think worth more than we paid. Staff are so professional, quick, on spot and friendly. Dining room is so pleasant and clean wide variety of food to choose. We had an excellent time here and will definitely be back again soon.

I’ve only came to to this place 4 times but sadly last night I was there I had terrible service the men that have served me and my family before were very polite but the lady was rude went 10 minutes before coming over to the table to get our drink orders, didn’t give us any silverware or napkins until we asked her for some, and waited a long time to get our food order, maybe she was stressed or going with some personal trouble but when I go out it’s to have fun with my family not to get treated with so badly service, I consider myself to be patient and nice to people when it comes to customer service cause I was a server before. Overall Food is delicious and the other staff are friendly I will give it another try but definitely next time I go I’m going to ask for another server.

No offense to the other place in town because it is quite good, but Otoro has the best sushi in town. Their chef's choice like sushi deluxe is surprisingly affordable and their chef knows what he is doing. Everything he gave me was delicious. I think this is really very good sushi for a very reasonable price. Friendly staff.Vegetarian options: They make to order, so you can ask for what you want. Lots of good cucumber, California rolls etcDietary restrictions: Made to order, so just make sure you tell them your restrictionsParking: Not usually crowded. Large lot and at night is great because the offices that share the lot are closed and there's always parkingKid-friendliness: There are some kids options. Atmosphere is relaxed and family friendly. Alcohol is served hereWheelchair accessibility: 1 st floor. If you park in the back it is just a very mild incline to the door. Enough room around tables for a wheelchair to maneuver. Not cramped

This is a fabulous find! It has a very warm, neighborly, locals kind of vibe which is terrific. The sushi was superb. The rolls were well constructed, compact and evenly cut. The fish was extremely fresh. We indulged in some of the Otoro sashimi and the chef added some torch-seared morsels on the house! It was so delicious!!
