Absolute must-go!!! The staff were very friendly, helpful and gave our group lots of information on the wines. We never felt unattended to. ALL of the wines were fabulous, and the pours were very generous. The inside of the tasting room was adorable, plus there was a dog there too! Bonus points for the brownie that came with the tasting. Would absolutely recommend to visit!

We did a wine tasting here that was fabulous. The cinque gemma was delicious, and they had a unique dessert wine that truly tastes like chocolate (left in cocoa barrels). All the people who worked here were very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend for anyone in town to try some delicious wines!

We loved this winery. There were four of us and all four gave it a five star. Not only did we experience exceptional wine we were served extraordinary food that was paired with the wine. I am not one to buy sparkling wines, however they have several to choose from that are excellent. We tasted so many wines from sparkling to Zinfandel , Pinots and Cabernets. Boutique wines can go either way, however thus winery is one of the best I have ever been to. My friends became members and we ordered several bottles. Best experience ever.
We had such an amazing time at Sapphire Hill! Such amazing food and wine pairing! Lisa is a true culinary artist and the hospitality was unmatched! We all left with some very delicious and unique wines that we can’t wait to enjoy later! From the flavor explosion of water Mellon salad to Caramel drizzled brownies each wine and course left us all mesmerized! Definitely put this Gem on your list of must visits!
