Worst ever experience at BR, ever. In fact the ONLY bad experience at BR ever. We went in to the Stetson store we always go to, ever since it opened many years ago, and the young boy working there went beyond rude. He argued with my husband about the weight of ice cream, ignoring other customers, with a smirk on his face like he was auditioning for the gong show. I wasn't paying attention at first, but when he began to get louder, and my husband go louder, I was shocked. I used to work at Baskin Robbins when I was a high-schooler too, but never, ever would I or any other employee have gotten away with such antics. It would have resulted in instant termination. Fortunately, there is another BR nearer our new house, so we will be going there from now on. The employee's behavior was inexcusable. His manner was rude. I think he said his name was Steven, but if that is not correct, I'm sorry. I do not remember seeing him there before, but then again, there has never been a reason to remember a particular employee, any more than they would remember us.

This was a much-awaited store here in San Jacinto that everyone watched slowly take shape with a companion Duncan Donuts store in same facility.

It was good, the scoops are now a little in the small size, but it takes good. Don't so much like the mint and chip anymore and that was my favorite, it is minty anymore and that disappoints me. On this night my husband got the banana Royal and I got the brownie sundae. It was fine, but she hardly put any topping on it. Like one squirt of chocolate and whipped cream. The whipped cream was melted before we walked out the door there was so little. I don't even know where it went from the ice cream place to the car, it was non existence. This is my reason for not giving them a five star.

My wife and I went here on Sunday a few days ago to pick up some dessert for my family. Great customer service! My order was kind of big but fortunately we were the only ones there at the time so both employees helped us out. Josh, who's name was luckily on the receipt otherwise I wouldn't know who to thank, made sure my entire order was correct and was super friendly! I didn't catch name of the girl with the pink hair unfortunately otherwise I'd be thanking her too! Definitely coming back here soon! Ice cream tasted great by the way, definitely recommend the wild and reckless sherbet

As a surprise for my Birthday, my husband ordered me an Ice Cream Cake. As always, it was delicious and pretty to look at. I wish the other 31 Flavors hadn't shut down. That store was much closer to us than this one.

This place is horrible. That was the worst mango ice cream I have ever tried. It tasted completely artificial. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Who can't get a sundae right? The Mexican dude with the glasses that's who. Ruined the whe family's night. Simple order, of course get the parents order wrong. Chocolate chip cookie dough sundae, this fool puts a scoop of vanilla on top of a cookie dough scoop with a damn cherry on top. No fudge, no whip cream, no caramel, nothing. THATS A SUNDAE? These people want 15 an hour? Its a 4 ingredient, 30 second recipe nothing more. I don't get it, maybe drug test or hire someone with a brain.
