My husband went this afternoon with a friend the lady that took their order was extremely rude. My husband almost canceled their order. He asked for a cup for water and she wanted to charge him. She made the ugliest face expressions and was throwing things around. NEVER GOING BACK. Also the food wasn’t good the bbq chicken was burnt and they charge extra for sauce

Very disappointed in the service at this location. Me and a friend walked in on spam musubi day with our coupons that stated we could get a single spam musubi free of charge with no other purchases necessary. How ever when we tried to purchase within we were told to order online. When attempting to order online we discovered that we couldn't checkout without having a bill of at least 10 dollars. This was very confusing but when we attempted to ask the cashier for some clarification she refused to look at the phone and began walking away saying no to everything we tried to ask, never hearing us out. We never questioned her in an accusatory manner and yet she still refused to even give a good enough explanation for why she could not produce what the official coupon said we were owed. Very unsatisfying visit.

The food here is good and the portions are huge. Nothing special to note, the service is pretty quick typically around 10-15 minutes. The environment is ok. Overall, I come here when I'm craving Hawaiian.

Food was good. It satisfied my craving for Garlic Shrimp and Chicken Katsu. Ordering thru the app was easy. However, they didn't have any add-ons icon or buttons on the app for sides if you want extra Mac Salad (or Rice). Am glad they finally added it tho after I mentioned it! ,^.^/ Service ... it's counter service could definitely be worked on. But I'm here for food. The counter service would just make the food that much more enjoyable! 1 visit I had a lady that didn't quite speak English. Hard to understand her too with her mask on. On another visit the app QR code wasn't scanning. Had to write name and number both times to qualify for them reward points!! Ambiance ... limited to a handful of bench/table sets (fast food style); but enuff to plant urself n chow down if spot is available on your visit. ^.^I had my food to-go. It travelled well and teased my nostrils ^.~ until it was in my belly!!!

I ordered this same meal once in the past and felt the portions were smaller. This time, i could smell the aroma of the chicken walking out with the food, it tasted much fresher.Service: 4/5Friendly and phone order to pick up only takes about 10 minutes. I lived here in Hercules, and I've been coming here since I moved here 16 years. The first owner I hated the food hated everything about this place. So I stopped coming until new management took over. I love it then until the last few months. I'm seeing a different. Just last month, the food portion was well worth it with the price I'm paying. Now,visiting again on June 20th, they've raised the price. I'll say at least 2 dollars more. The sad thing is that they raised the price, but gave you less food. So, on this particular day, I've spent about 65 dollars worth of food. When I got my food, I decided I wanted it some drinks. I know it says a minimum of 10 dollars spent for the card. I got 3 drinks, so it was under 10 bucks. The lady gonna say sorry but you need to buy 3 more drinks. I told her No I don't want 3 more drinks. I just bought 60-something worth of food. The least you could do is override this transaction at least this one time. But no, she insisted I have to buy 3 more sodas. This is not good, especially as for regular customer I could understand if I wasn't buying anything else, but I already spent over 60 dollars. Your small fee for using the card is probably only a dollar. You could've made a customer happy. Now, I rather go somewhere else. I am giving 2 for the food. Food can be good, but customer service sucks I'm done with u. My opinion!
