Trying to eat healthier is easy here. My husband and I have come to crave salad in a wrap. This time, I had the Salmon Chop. Very mild fish. I always customize and chose to add edamame and have my base be kale/quinoa with lemon vinaigrette and added avocado. I don't feel guilty eating the whole thing. My only suggestions are keeping tables clean, especially if an employee is sitting in the dining are and sees you are wiping down your table. I really enjoyed this placeEveryone was very nice when you walked in. They were also very helpful when they know it's your first time which made ordering very easy. ... Everything was fresh My salad had chicken which could've used a little more flavor but I'm not mad at it My mom had salmon on hers, which was nicely flavored My mom made hers I had what I think was named, the chop shop salad and I did add the beets Will definitely be returning

Food: make your own fresh, delicious, healthy, bountiful salad! My go to is romaine lettuce, edamame, cilantro, cucumber, red cabbage, avocado, tortilla strips with cilantro lime dressing. Lip smacking good!Color me happy when I found out there was a location in Hesperia on our way to Temecula from Las Vegas! Yaassss! Now we just need a location in Henderson NV!Love healthy options on the road!!
