As we were looking through the bread options , I looked towards the back and saw TWO MICE running on top of a sheet of bread that was on the counter. The man in front of us returned his bread and we left immediately. Never coming here again.

Bakery ladies were rude.. ordered a cake on Monday picked it up Wednesday did not expect it to look like that needed it for my daughter's birthday and they, ruined her cake for her birthday had no choice but to serve that ugly cake will never order from there again bad experience...$85 on a cake and it looked ugly for my daughter's birthday bad business don't recommend anybody to go there.

Expensive and horrible! I paid $130 for a cake for my baby shower and it was horrible. As I was cutting the cake in front of 50 so people, a thick hair appeared from within the cake as it was covered in frosting and cake. I went in person to speak with a supervisor or manager and coincidentally they had just left but that supervisor from afternoon would be in later that day and would give me a call. It's been nearly 2 days and still no call. Apart of the hair, the cake was not mixed well or something was wrong as some parts were dry and hard and others were fine. I had to throw nearly half the cake because people were grossed out. They don't even wear hairnets would should be required.

Everything about this bakery is outstanding! From the sweet aroma that hits you when you park your car, to the beautiful colors of the pastries in the display. The staff is as sweet as the bread, and hard at work from 4am to prepare for the day and every day ahead. With everything combined makes for the greatest bakery I've ever been too. If you go it'll be the best decision you make.
