Delicious authentic Mexican food! Their meat is soo good. Salsa is nice and spicy. Definitely a staple in the community. If you are craving quality fast Mexican food. This is your spot! The meat, bean, rice and cheese burrito is delicious. The hard shell tacos are so good also.

I'm sorry , but hesperia location is terrible, I've tried 5 times this is why I'm writing this review, I grew up on the original 40th str location all meat with cheese excellent!
Then the highland location Excellent , Redlands great hesperia. No cheese in the all meat ,hot spicy just not the same. Today August 4th 2024. I bought 75$ worth for the family all different burritos terrible, not worth it please owners you need to get a grip on this quick , bring it back to the original !!!

I love Rosa Marias! The first time I tried it was with my best friend many many years ago and I remember being kinda mad that I could not order a carna asada burrito, lol! But once I took the first bite of my burrito I was hooked! I read one review that was bad because the person sis not like the type of salsa they serve but the flavor of the meat is so good you don't need traditional salsa. And I am a huge fan of salsa.

I don’t eat meat and ordered a bean tostada. Had tons of meat on it. I Will never go back. Can not find a phone number to call a manager.

I ordered a XL chile verde garbage burrito requested that it has cheese in it and sour cream when I got the burrito I bit it it tastes awful no flavor very Bland it was most awful burrito it cost me $17 with a fountain drink I do not recommend this place it's not authentic and Mexican food it's more like garbage literally the one in San Bernardino food tastes a lot better High Desert needs to get better cook or something for that place

Food was ok. Need more meat options. Service did not believe in giving more than two or three napkins for two people. Be ready for patio seating only in 100+ weather. Will be interesting to see how well they fare when it’s in the 30s during winter in the

Please do not believe any of these 5 star reviews… Unfortunately no business deserves a one star review however this place does. As a mexican, nothing here is real authentic mexican food. It’s just an american made “wannabe mexican” place. Now if it was really good, then I am all for it. Unfortunately I would not go here until a few years pass as the food is horrible here. I found a hair in my burrito, the burritos were not good, they are too cold when they come out, and you expect a MEXICAN burrito but it definitely is not. It’s an AMERICAN burrito if that makes sense. I really wanted this place to grow but unfortunately as everyone can tell by now the lines are not long anymore, they just put a “Open” sign in the front which tells me they need more customers, and unfortunately and painful to say… this place will not be in business for more than 2 years. I guarantee it.

Being that it’s “authentic” and no green sauce available on the side is insane. Also wait times for simple orders are not good. The food is alright so if you value your time I’d skip this one.

Rosa Maria's has been our household favorite for decades and we are so happy they opened here in Hesperia where they continue the tradition of quality and great customer service! We love their Great Food!!

First of all the outdoor seating is miserably HOT! How can anyone enjoy the dine in experience?? This was my first time here and will be my last. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito to be on the safe side. It was just ok. The cheese wasn’t too melted and the beans nothing special. The size was good for $5.50. Too bad it didn’t stand out. I wish we could get a Juanitas up here!! Now that is authentic food and so delicious.
On to the next Mexican restaurant…,,

This Rosa Maria's is not the same as any of the others. I got the garbage burrito...it had no flavor the pork was dry...it was totally garbage ?

Food is great has been since I was a Kid when I went to the OG one in San bernardino. The only things that suck is there Hr there open. Need to bee open longer say 8pm or 9pm. And the other is deliveries don't come to apple valley wish you did. I'm disabled and can't drive anymore. But good food and there red Sauce is great I usually get the big bottle of it.
