I had my first HOT YOGA session here, and I loved it! Jassie the instructor was amazing. I loved her routine & her music playlist. I was initially nervous coming into class but it was easy to follow for a beginner like me. The room is small & typically has a controlled temperature of 108-112 degrees. Love love love this place! First time trying hot yoga and I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was very friendly! The instructor was great as well! I didn't know how beneficial and great it is for your health and body! The staff was very informing about the benefits and I learned a lot of things I didn't know before! Love this place! Love ALL the vibes locations , the best drinking water on the planet , the best products like Vitamins and mineral supplements , CBD, amazing fashion apparel. I mean I have been to yoga studios all over the world and VIBES leaves nothing out . From intense workout yoga to blissful meditations there is no piece of the puzzle they are missing THANK YOU VIBES FOR DOING IT RIGHT!!!
