Delivery service sucks, using services from 3rd party such as "door dash" without letting customers know, the customers are not getting their orders, and Pizza Hut are loosing their loyal customers because of these inconveniences..never using their delivery services ever again ??

Husband picked up our meat lovers pizza. While I was in the shower. Came out to a half eaten pizza, my husband complaining it was dry. I grabbed the tiniest slice and bit into it then I realized there was no sauce! Even my receipt states Buffalo sauce!!!

Was driving back from beach. I called in an order at 7:09 pm to avoid the long wait .....big mistake, worst service ever. I didn't get my pizza till 7:58 after I had complained about the wait Go elsewhere this service sucks

I would give this location 0. This just happened this morning 5/3/2023. I believe I picked up my order this morning at 11:00 11:05. There was this little girl employee with reddish hair kind of dark skin she helped me, I told her where I'm there for she told me my total I gave her the money and I just looked at the receipt that was hanging from the receipt machine. She got my order and I asked for some napkins. She gives me some napkins but when I asked for my receipt she looked at me like I asked her something inappropriate I told her "is that my receipt?" she said "yeah" then I said "well can I have my receipt please" she goes "but you have one right here" and she pointed to the receipt that is placed on the pizza before I paid for it. I said "but I would like my receipt" then she handed me the receipt. I said "you never know because of the cops" ( what I mean when I said that is in case the cops pull me over and accuse me of something I have proof I wasn't wherever they are accusing me of) and she still looked at me like I asked her something inappropriate as I walked out of the store. What the fuck is wrong with your employees this is a reason why I only get delivery from this location and now I'm really second-guessing on even getting delivery at all from this Pizza Hut. She had the nastiest attitude because I just wanted my receipt Gee golly excuse me for wanting my fucking receipt. It's disappointing that you have employees at this location who act like that. She really looked at me like I asked something inappropriate to her.Please fire this little girl. If not tell her to fix her attitude.

Worst location ever with shitty employees. Was given a pizza with no sauce and 20 pounds of cheese after asking for light cheese. Had to drive 20 min back to the store to get my replacement pizza. No apology, nothing. My brain can't fathom how these morons forget to put tomato sauce on a pizza. This Pizza Hut location solidified my decision to stop coming to Pizza Hut. Avoid at all costs.

Charged cards and refunded another card??I placed an online order for the driver to say that my card did not match his receipt. I showed him both email and text confirmation but due to a “new” POLICY they’re unable to deliver the order. I spoke with Perla, store manager who didn’t help much. She just insisted that it’s her store POLICY and their nothing she can due but to refund to the card on file, which was not the correct one. I’ll be reaching out to both corporate and OOLA area managers. Unacceptable and Bad Customer Service
