During late night runs, the tacos are good, and yet lukewarm borderline cold. The employees are polite.
I placed a mobile order. And custom made 2 Crunch Wrap boxes. I added extra beef in both orders, man they just didn’t skimp out on the beef. ??definitely recommend trying this one out.
So I ordered at 4:38 I got 6 tacos and a pizza it was 26.38.I waited for sometime and nothing so I asked and a nice employee said that they called for it, I get it mistakes happen I could have been that I didn't hear or the employee didn't say my name loud enough or a combination of both. Then this rude lady (I think she was a manager not sure if her name was Bertha not 100% sure) said we already served that order and she implied that it is not her problem if I got my food or not. Then the nice employee saw a bag and it was my order. It was 5:26 when I left I opened my order and my pizza was crushed and my tacos were soggy and stuck to the rappers as seen in the pictures.

I don't know her name but she might be a manager. Older Hispanic lady. She's was really rude and had a lot of attitude and not just with me but to other customers as well. She prepared my order and she gave me over cooked old rice. It was super hard. You can also tell that her co-workers don't enjoy working with her. I never do this, but she was a prime example of how not to treat your customers.

I just like the way they treat me there they have everything you need the the guy that takes the order like around 7 and up he's a really nice person his name is Hector Orozco he has a really nice attitude I just love this guyParking: They do have plenty of parking lot it's always empty so you won't be struggling for parkingWheelchair accessibility: Yes they do have a wheelchair accessibility or a handicap how you call it
The drive through makes you do some sketchy thing of waiting 5ft or so before you reach the window. Im guessing to get lower time for customers while waiting at the window.Their machines are always working and food comes out pretty standard taco bell fare. If you like all your burritos grilled for the extra crisp, they do it pretty nicely here

Where do I start! I was there on 11/08/23 through drive thru and Maria G. Helped me she was so rude when I was ordering I asked what did the box come with and she said nachos fries and I asked what else she then explained so I said I wanted it. She then started talking and I didn’t understand what she was saying so I asked her what was she saying when she said that she wasn’t talking to me she was talking to another customer but she said it in a rude tone and I was like oh okay to this I’m already upset cause I’m getting bad vibes from her. I’m guessing that when ur taking someone order and helping in the window you can mute ur mic? Anyways I then asked for 2 extra drinks then I asked her if the box I order came with a drink she tells me that I never asked for it so I tell her I want it after that I drive to the window and she makes me wait cause I’m order is still being made finally she tells me to get closer to the window and I give her the money and tell her that’s she’s rude that she needs better customer service and she’s said oh and i again say yes ur very rude. Then I tell her honestly your lucky I don’t “Report you” when she laughs and tells me “Oh no my girl if anything I’m more American than you!” I was so shocked! I even giggled and said omg no lady I meant report you with your supervisor! Then she laughed and said oh! To this I said no lady you got that very wrong I’m not like that I would never say anything like that to anyone. Then she’s just passing drinks to me she gave me 4 and I asked how many did you charged me? She said 3 and I tell her here you gave me 4 in gonna me honest I wanted to throw that drink on her face but that’s not the example I wanted to give my 2 children that were in the car with me! To this she holding my receipt and isn’t trying to give me it. So I do get loud and said give me my receipt! I drive off. Honestly if people are gonna work in customer service they need to be more polite! I will never go back to this location even though it’s right by my kids school the food wasn’t bad the drink were terrible the Pepsi didn’t have any taste no gas.

The service here is really good but they charge .90 cents for sour cream. And then they sometimes forget to put it in my food. I think that’s the biggest rip off Iv ever hear of! The burrito I got is $2, so the sour cream is half the price of my meal alone. It’s pretty ridiculous to charge someone $1 for

I come a couple times a week through the drive thru, it's very annoying how everytime I pull up to the window, the employee tells me to back up my car about 10 feet and wait. I know why they do it but it's a huge inconvenience doing the same thing every time I come.
