Not bad but took us about 40min to get ordered food

During a recent visit to Idyllwild it was pouring rain, so my hike was cancelled. Decided to stop in here for a breakfast burrito and was so glad I did. Stevie and his staff were especially gracious and welcoming. I forget the server's name but he had a great sense of humor and his burrito recommendation did not disappoint. I will definitely return to try one of their gigantur blueberry scones.

I stopped by this restaurant because their online menu looked interesting. I had the plant based sandwich and it was amazing 10 out of 10 it had such rich flavor. I wanted to give this place 5 stars but the customers service was overwhelmingly bad. I would have put 1 star but the guy with the tattoos and the beard saved the experience with his kindness, something lacking form the other two employees. The cashier was the worst employee rude and made us feel like outcasts when asked if we were local. Also when asked for a refund for something foreign found in my food he claimed that it was seasoning, my jaw dropped . I hope you take this review seriously because all you need is a caring staff and you got a 5 star restaurant. Because of Stevie I will definitely give this place one more try the food was that amazing.

We were so pleased with our experience here. The ambiance is amazing with great music and thoughtful decor. Josh provided excellent, personal service. Most importantly, we loved the fresh food. We ordered a smoked turkey sandwich (served on focaccia bread with artichoke) and a beet, Brie, and quinoa salad. The black raspberry cold brew ice tea was delicious. Highly recommend this establishment. It was the perfect spot for lunch during our window shopping excursion.

Adorable spot with woodsy, whimsical outdoor seating and a burger that's part meatloaf and I'm not complaining. It's super rich and chewy, like shredded beef, and the fries it comes with are like crispiest potatoes you've had. The blueberry scone, while massive, was just okay. I'd come back for the burger for sure!

I wish ı could give 0 star. The prices are outrageous and extremely expensive. One cup off cappuccino 6 usd One small basic regular bakery 7 usd!!! Woooww. I will not go there again!

Terrible service! Waited 45 mins. Apparently if not a resident your order gets pushed to the end. After 45 mins they are suddenly out of everything! Tourists beware!!

Delicious food that's elevated. Made in house, the baked goods in the case whet the appetite. The baklava is especially beautiful. We checked out 2 other places before deciding to eat here, and very very happy we did. Nice outdoor seating. The Proprietor and Staff are genuine, friendly. No need to try anywhere else.

I get having off days. But people in this place were just rude. They said one of their cooks called out so they were short staffed and their kitchen wasn't open for breakfast yet. They said it would take 15 minutes so we all ordered coffee and sat down. We were hungry so we asked if there was anything already prepared we could order while we wait. We literally ordered a plate of pickles. We were told all the things that were in them so I expected them to be amazing. When I say these were the most bland pickles ever... Almost an hour goes by and we over heard them tell people walking in it would be another 30 minutes or more. We were starving so we decided to get a box for the bland pickles to be nice. They wouldn't even ACKNOWLEDGE us. We asked several times, they pretended we weren't there. Super bummed. I was really looking forward to this place.

It's really nice to see more organic freshness coming from Idyllwild's eateries. It makes the destination more worthwhile and we will frequent places that emphasize quality over quantity. My Tuna Melt with Tater Tots was delicious. She ordered a warm spinach salad and said it was right up there, with a top Hotel. That said, the wait times could use some reduction.

Delicious sandwiches - perfect spot for lunch! We enjoyed the chicken apple Brie and rueben sandwiches. Good portions and came with a well seasoned side of tots.

I had the breakfast burrito, it was delicious (although a bit spicier than I expected), and with such a nice presentation (came with a skewer of mini-pickles). Highly recommend.

I wish I had known it would take nearly an hour to get our food. When you have two small children going nuts, an hour feels like 100 years. To add insult to injury, when we finally got our food, they got my nephew's order wrong. I had specifically asked for a plain turkey sandwich with nothing else on it (#kids) and they gave us the sandwich with all the fixings, which led to an epic meltdown. I wasn't prepared to wait another hour for them to fix it. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that my Plant Food sandwich was delicious. I would dare to say it was worth the wait...maybe.

32 y.o. Male. Broad jaw. Strong chewing capacity. With that said.... Dang that bread was hard to chew. I was very hopeful visiting this restaurant given the reviews and photos but was very unsatisfied with the selection I made. Chicken, Apple, Brie sandwich was highly recommended, so I gave it a shot. Hungry today so modified with extra Protien. If I ordered extra chicken, then I'd be surprised what came on the sandwich without extra. Somewhat of an issue. Plus the chicken was dry. Overall unsatisfied. The biggest issue with the sandwich was the bread. Didn't make up for it in taste either...
