Tasted like real strawberries and the cookie was the perfect crunch!This location is at the spectrum, so it was quite busy even though I went around 9:30pm! Afters Ice Cream is a big chain and I went to the Irvine Spectrum location which was very nice and clean with very helpful and friendly staff. They do samples and have some very exotic options. The prices are good given the large portions! I have yet to try the Gelato place nearby but this is a great choice for the price regardless! It's also open until 10pm which is great for a late night dessert and perfect for date night!I got the cookie monster and the jasmine milk tea flavor, both of which are very good. The cookie monster is basically a sweet blue colored cookies and cream style flavor and the jasmine milk tea had a very very strong tea flavor which I'd highly recommend trying since it was such a unique and memorable flavor. If you like tea or boba you will definitely love the jasmine milk tea ice cream! Overall, I'd recommend it if you want dessert near Irvine spectrum. It's one of the better options around for sure!

The Afters in the Dimond District closed so we had to drive to this one! There needs to be more locations! I would go so much more often. The batter for the milky buns is soooo good. Does not taste like normal donuts. So much better. I get the same thing every time I go! Cookie monster ice cream and fruity pebbles. You just can't go wrong. The inside is super dope too. Cool merch you can buy and quotes about ice cream everywhere!

Visited twice this weekend for their UBE BROWNIE flavor. TO DIE FOR. This review is solely for the ice cream which is instant five stars. There's something about the ube in here that is not artificial. You keep eating without getting tired of eating. That's the feeling. The brownie adds the chewiness which gives that ice cream that personality.As for the establishment itself, is pretty decent. The guys working are young and laidback. Some are friendly. Very chill ambiance. But go for the UBE BROWNIE!!!

I've always loved this place. But this is the first time coming to the Irvine Spectrum Center spot. The ice cream is always delicious, many different flavors to try. The 2 guys behind the counter helped my friends and i decide what we wanted by giving us samples of almost everything. I ended up with a refreshing mango sorbet. We chilled inside and the decor was really cute filled with their merch.. always love the ice cream here.
The dark haired male server definitely doesn't like his job and it shows. It was empty and it was my 2 kids and myself. Very poor attitude from beginning to end. It was like we(the paying customers) were bothering him to do a very simple job. If you don't like your job, don't transfer your life frustrations to your customers.

They have about 16 flavors including complex varieties like a delicious Mocha and Creme mixed with chocolate and almonds. (I do love my coffee ice cream, so this was on the spot for me.) They also have a variety of fun toppings ranging from your traditional sprinkles to fruity pebbles cereal to tajin chili powder (I'm not kidding), so the opportunity is there to get crazy with your frozen treat if you dare.Chill hip-hop vibe, and merchandise available. Fair warning, this place is cashless! Meaning card, digital or NFC payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) only! Located not to far of from the Target in the Irvine Spectrum Center, so plenty of free lot and garage parking with a short walk to get there, A food truck mini location is typically available right next to Old Navy as well (so that spot typically closes earlier).

Service here is terrible. 2 girls behind the counter laughing at something while we tried to order. The ice cream is ok but the donut is not as great. Hire people that are service minded then i might give it a second chance.
