Found this place inside the complex, and give it a shot. Would definitely recommend trying the burrito with the different salsas from the salsa bar. The quantity was really good.

I placed my online order before 6:15 pm for a 6:30 pm pickup tonight. The hours posted indicate that the restaurant closes at 7:00 pm. I asked the guy cleaning up if the different salsas I ordered were in my bag and he said "sure." He and another guy were busy cleaning up and trying to get the lights turned off at 6:30. The salsa bar was already put away. Of course, there was no salsa in my bag. Also, when I got home I also realized that fish in the fish tacos were cold and slimy. I recooked the fish and the chicken burrito for my boyfriend because I couldn't tell if the cold chicken was thoroughly cooked. This is the second time I have gotten home with an order and the food was obviously undercooked. The first time was one day during the noon rush hour. This is what happens when 2 cooks are responsible for closing a restaurant at night.

It's like Chipotle without the price hike since they don't give inflated portions anyways anymore but you get a salsa bar and more options :). I think their tacos are pretty popular (especially the fish), but I got their spicy Mexican pizza! I was rather surprised cuz I expected like fast food kind of environment, but it was rather clean and everything was kept on ice. The cashier (korean) was also very sweet and chill and her coworkers were promptly in taking over/the cook was having a good time. As for the Mexican pizza, unfortunately I had to take it to go, but heated up in the air fryer it's bomb. The sauce is kind of like a smokey Chipotle sauce and it's not that tomatoey, more like a quesadilla with toppings. Flavor is on the more neutral side so I recommend getting their salsa. Their mango salsa was a surprising twist! It's just of like a lime mango applesauce?? It was good but I ended up eating it by itself LOL. Their spicy salsa does have a kick to it ( the liquid one), wasn't a fan of the chunky one. And their pico de gallo had a good variety. It's also located in a food hall so i was surprised to look up and see many other restaraunts lol, but I find parking may be limited ( like 2-3 rows).

Excellent service with a smile. The cashier was helpful in helping me decide. Got the combo with cheese and chips.Awesome food and service. Clean bathroom and paper towel was available! Salsa bar was nicely stocked. That mango salsa was amazing.Should have gotten name but I didn't - employee were clean and so was the dining room! Great place to stop for a quick meal when driving to and from LA!Keep up the good work!!

Disgusting! Dry bland tacos, rice & beans with zero flavor. Baja Fresh use to be amazing back in the day, I'm not sure what happened. I typically don't prefer food that's overly seasoned, but the chicken tasted like it had absolutely no salt, and the salsas are watered down

After repeating the order I thought the cashier would listen but ended up giving me something completely different which was not what I paid or wanted. When going back they said it would take another 30 minutes to make my order since it was busy during their lunch time.

My friend from work asked me if I wanted to order from Baja and right after "within minutes" I realized I selected the wrong location. I called right away and the manager Ashley told me that she can't refund my order because my order was already ready for pick up. I know this was a lie because I literally placed the order 2 minutes before. Long story short the manager was really rude and Did not refund my order. I asked for a corporate number and she said they don't have one because they are a franchise. This Baja Fresh has the worse customer service. I will never eat at Baja Fresh again.
