Horrible experience. I ordered premium Alaskan sushi rolls and salmon steak combo but both of them wasn’t so fresh. Especially sushi rolls had too much sauce on it which I didn’t like it at all. And while I was struggling to eat that sushi one of the chefs D. came to the front, near the cashier and started cleaning his teeth with a toothpick. Can you imagine that ? I’ve lost all my appetite and left the restaurant, never will be back! Train your employees about food safety and hygiene.

This place is the BEST sushi I have ever had. I have tried numerous sushi restaurants all along the pacific coast and this place has set the bar so high that every other place has fallen short. The West Hollywood roll is *chef's kiss*!Parking: Parking lot is BUSY. You may circle a bit for parking and the lot is frequently chaotic. Watch carefully, drivers in this lot are not cautious or polite.

Honestly, food is great! But service is not great at all. They have a particular employee that always has a really bad attitude. She seems to be annoyed of people if you aren't where you want to be then leave. It's very limited seating seems to only fit tables of 4 or 2 but they always ask you to sit in the bar. Where you get little service!
It not as good as it was before plus it’s so expensive, I don’t go there as often because of the price, it use to best sushi place but not anymore for me sorry….

Saw lots of good reviews and recommended by friends, we decided to give it a try. We are a party of four visited on weekend around 7pm. There was about 15 minutes wait because the table seating were limited. The place was very busy with To-go orders. Lots of people waiting inside and outside to pick up the orders. This kind of reinforced the food serverd here must be good. We seated and ordered Appetizer Tuna Taco, Salmon skin salad, Black Dragon roll, Crazy Rock N roll, House roll and Nabeyski udonThe Tuna Taco are surprisingly delicious. The raw tuna went well with the tomatoes and the sauce. All the rolls are good and ingredients are fresh. The salmon skins were so crispy and flavorful. Nabeyski udon was not bad at allWhen ll definitely visit again and tried different rolls or even order to go to enjoy yummy food at the comfort of our homes ?

I've been MANY times and I have written a good review for them in the past....Like many things these days...those days are gone...The quality has gone down hill and their prices have sky rocketedBUTMy main issue is the HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!It has been bad 4-5 times in a rowI'll call to place a to go order and they answer and repeatedly HANG UP!!!When I walked in to place the order in person, the male server said they hang up because sometimes they are busyWhy can't they just say please hold or ask to call back INSTEAD OF RUDELY HANGING UP!!!WOWAnd they have messed up the order, and are RUDE!!!NO MORE!!!!!
