Forgot to give me my receipt that I had to go back for it. Other than that, it was good enough.
Edit: Tried again, and attempted to not give me a receipt again. Had to ask for it. I get back and my chicken was cold and not freshly cooked. Yes, I came there two hours before closing, but still, they shouldn't have been cleaning up already! ...Also, the guy didn't ask me for any condiments. I had to tap my horn and another person came to the window to give me the salsas. I get home and the green salsa wasn't even fresh! ...Like seriously guys, what's up?!

I feel like El pollo loco is underrated really. The chicken is honestly amazing for such a simple place. Everything else can be a hit or miss but the chicken is always spot on, if you come here, you definitely have to try the chicken, if you try anything else then you can't complain or else your just a Crazy Chicken.
The service is great, they are fast and efficient and generous.
The ambiance is casual with some good music playing, the music is played at a slightly above average sound level. Seats are cushioned and well lit with some outdoor seating is some nice weather.
Always clean, smiling service & tasty fresh food! Who could ask for anything more? The atmosphere is about the same as most fast food locations. They do have a good playlist of music, making the meal even more enjoyable. A pleasure to go to this location!!!
Vegetarian options: You can easily request any dish without meat and, if you're vegan, no cheese or creamy dressing.
Parking: El Pollo is located at the front of the parking lot, with Home Depot as the anchor store in the back. Plenty of space at the front.
Kid-friendliness: No playground, but the kids seem to more interested in eating anyway.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp leading to the walkway and a wide door into the restaurant.
Ordered food from them through doordash and was not given the correct amount of salsas. I requested 6 and was only given 3. If i could pay to ensure they will put all i request, i would. However, theyre of no charge but was clearly requested in their menu options when i placed my mobile order. The salsas literally make their food taste great & the fact that this was not granted is disappointing.

Food is always fire. Service here is either hit or miss. Sometimes, you'll be missing small, like the tortilla chips for the chicken soup. Other times, they forget the entire soup. If the service was more consistent, this place would be an 8.3, but because of the service, I'd give it a 7.3/10
