Just showed up for an online order and the door was locked. It’s 430pm. Tried to open the door, realized it was locked, then the person inside just turned off the light and walked away. The sign says they are open until 7…I checked my phone and my order was cancelled. No idea what is going on but super annoying. Especially to have no explanation from the person inside.

I must admit that Jimmy John's is quite good! This particular branch tends to be generous with their meat and toppings. While it's not my top pick for sandwiches, it's an great choice when you're pressed for time due to their speed. I placed an online order, and there were no delays or issues. One improvement I'd suggest is adding toasted sandwiches to the menu; everything they offer is cold, and the taste can become boring. It's enjoyable when you're hungry, but not something I'd go out of my way for.The establishment is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the staff are exceptionally friendly.

I'm a Jimmyjohns fan. I walked in 6pm on Sunday. Ordered club lulu. Add cucumber and four hot peppers. They execute it perfectly. Most important Jimmy bread was baked perfect and fresh. They put tomato cucumber and spread each hot peppers on top of each cucumber. Definitely every bite the same !!! I used to work at this location for while.and I'm so glad they still maintain great quality!!

The sandwiches at Jimmy John's are pretty good. When you sign up with the app and make a purchase, they will spot you a free sandwich for the future. Ordering online is a breeze. This place is always packed with seemingly satisfied customers. The ambience is great. The strip mall that it's located is very nice. Lots of restaurants and so it's very enjoyable to dine in their store our in the outside patio area. It's not our absolute favorite sandwich place, but it is definitely up there among the ones we will frequent.

This jimmy John's cannot handle doing their own deliveries for doordash during a midweek lunch rush. There is a lot of business parks near the location. Nearly any other chain restaurant can handle it. Cancelled my order over the phone after being 20 minutes late, I had to leave by then - hungry.

Bread is delicious and the ingredients are fresh and good too. It's the amount of meat and veggies that fall way short. Our sandwiches were tiny with just one small slice of turkey on each one. I ended up giving my son my sandwich otherwise he would have not had enough food for dinner. So, while we love the taste of the food the portions are way too small for what we paid.

It was horrible. I asked for a Tom turkey - it was like eating a lettuce sandwich. I tried it 2 days in a row and it was the same. I would NOT recommend it.
