We just happened to be in the area and stopped in to Layer Cake Bakery for a quick bite of something sweet and to get a caffeine fix. The coffee was surprisingly smooth and hit the spot. The lemon bar and blueberry scone were both fine. It was a nice find as we were passing through. It looks like this bakery specializes in beautiful cakes and cupcakes. I would like to come back and try both!

Overpriced, not good, and bad customer service. This place is just next to our favorite noodle house so we come here to get a dessert after and today I walk in behind someone who was picking up cakes. It took forever for the worker to find boxes, then someone walks in after my family, for a pickup, but the worker stops in the middle of finding cake boxes to pack a bunch of macaroons for the customer behind me. So I was there 10 minutes without acknowledging and no indication that we would be waited on next. So we left and no intention of coming back. Good riddance.

I used layer cake bakery first time 11 years ago for my bridal shower. Taste and presentation was fabulous. I go there for sliced cakes any chance I get. I also love buying cakes from here for bdays and other occasions.

Got a custom cake last year for my wife's birthday. Did all the communication via email, and they were beyond helpful and stayed in touch with me on every step. The cake was excellent and couldn't have been more perfect.

Went here for a same-day baby shower cake. Got there close to opening on a Sunday and there were only 3 options in the larger cake size but they were the most popular flavors. Chose the lemon raspberry flavor combo since it had a nice custom look to the icing and they were able to write a message on it for me. The cake presented beautifully and the layers themselves were delicious. The only downside - the icing was very thick and essentially tasteless. It kept the cake fresh and moist inside but everyone left it behind on their plates. Not a cheap cake spot by any means - but provides presentable and good quality cakes in a pinch or for custom order. Also - grabbed some almond croissants and can say those are definitely worth trying.

Absolutely love their ham and cheese croissants. The rosemary on top is what makes it taste extra yummy. Minus 1 star for not having enough rosemary consistently on every croissant. Looks like one of the croissants we got barely had any rosemary on it. There was significantly less Rosemary on both of them compared to the same LCB croissants I've gotten from another cafe that had the croissants. I picked up today through Door Dash so it was boxed already when I got it so I didn't catch that until I had left already.
I ordered the customized cake, cupcakes and macarons from Layer Cake Bakery for my party, Everything was prefect.I juts want to thanks Violet and her teams ??????

Stumbled upon this place driving by and I'm so glad I did. The bakery is so cute and very minimalistic, and it smelled like tea the second we walked in. The two workers were very nice and friendly. My mom got a slice of the German chocolate cake (pictured) and I got a slice of the strawberries and cream cake (pictured). We also went half on an earl gray tart that looked too good to pass up (also pictured). Will definitely be back! I now have a local bakery I can rely on for yummy treats.

Their macarons are amazing, and I can't get enough of their ham & cheese croissant. Highly recommend!

My wife likes it pretty well, but personally I wasn't impressed. I got a peanut butter cookie that didn't discernibly taste of peanut butter. Even followed up to confirm, but the woman checked the label and it was indeed a putatively peanut butter cookie. I think my wife said the cakes or something were quite good? Maybe try those.

I went to this bakery to try it and I’m afraid to say I was really disappointed. The staff was great and sweet! I ordered several different items to try.The croissant was just ok, not flaky as I was expecting. The blueberry almond tart barely had the almond flavor which was overpowered by the whipped cream and pistachio. The blueberries on top were good, but it’s supposed to be a blueberry almond tart. The devils Belgian chocolate cake was not too sweet which I personally like, but it was very very bland and so disappointing. The cookies were the best product. I’m not a fan of cookies but the dough was good and the jam in the middle had a great consistency and flavor. They were a bit expensive ($11/bag), but they were really good! The place seems like a nice spot to have some coffee, although it’s a bit pricey. Most of the products were disappointing except the cookies.
very nice staff and atmosphere in super chill and enjoyable. the food is great, especially the sweets, the cream is fantastic.
