Got the matcha Tornado! ?Long line, no sitting area inside the store but there are plenty of benches and tables right outside. A must-go for milk tea! There’s two locations, one near Alton Parkway and the other on Culver Dr.

I come here quite often their tea is good here and so is their boba. They got their boba down right. Other shops do not know how to get the boba right. Their cream topping here is also quite good. Many other shops do not know how to get it right. They are busy so one expect to wait at times from 15-30 minutes before they get their drinks here. Recently drink quality has changed a bit depending on which employee made the drink. I can see how they have been struggling to find good help at that shop. Price is reasonable here for drinks.New update, constant change of employees is showing in taste consistency. The drink quality these days is not quite as good as it used to be.Latest update. Not sure why but a while back ago they decided to cut cost and use a very cheap Oat Milk brand instead of using quality Oatly or Minor Figures. They should replace the cheap quality oat milk they use with better quality Oat Milk. I get that a while back ago that there was a shortage of Oatly and Minor Figures Oat Milk but they are in stock now so not sure why they would use a bad tasting cheap quality Oat Milk in their teas.. What happened to quality ingredients..? One would have to have poor taste buds if they can’t taste the difference between quality oat milk and poor quality cheap oat milk. The same goes for regular milk as well.

Well worth the wait! Been here several times and it’s consistently amazing. There’s usually a line, but it goes by pretty fast. The fresh mango chunks in the Mango Tornado were a nice surprise, the Oreo Brûlée is my favorite treat, and the jasmine green tea was well balanced with cheese foam. The quality of their ingredients is what makes this tea shop stand out from the rest!

The best place for creme brulee boba drinks. We come on a Tues afternoon and it is not as busy. We get the mango tornado with black and white boba 50% sweet. It's just the right amount of sweetness and there are a lot of mango bits inside the cup compared to other places that don't put enough mango in their drinks. Overall chill and delicious boba but be careful when you go near their closing time or rush hours.

The line can get long unless you're lucky ☺️ I love their drinks! Today I tried the avocado smash (50% sugar) and oolong milk tea and both are great :)

Must stop every time I'm in SoCal! Despite the 20+ minutes line, my bf, sister and I are always down to wait! My favorite is ALL of their tornado drinks. They're all so good. Sometimes, my bf and I even get two drinks each just to make the wait and drive worth it.The store itself is super small. They want you to order and then wait outside while they call numbers out. They even have ropes outside for the lines. I feel like the employees can sometimes get overwhelm with the lines+orders and get rude. I Also wish they had a tablet to speed up the ordering process or even have mobile order pick up. After ordering, it goes by pretty quick from the large staff. Hopefully they expand soon!Plaza has lots of parking spaces and the tables outside are nice to hang out at while you wait for your drinks. My favorites: Mango/Strawberry Tornado, Omomo Matcha, and Avocado Smash

Drinks are good, but extremely low efficiency here. Minimum wait is 40 mins in line, just for one simple drink. If you enjoy DMV, you’ll love it here.

Be aware the line is huge. It cost me 20 minutes. However, the strawberry tea is worth it?

Just took 20 min drive for a drink. I entered the store, read the menu, and walked to the cashier. But, was told they closed at 8 pm. I pulled out the phone and checked the time, it was just exactly 8:00!! With all staff there, NO drink! ! NO way to negotiate. Seriously ?! That’s how OMOMO treat customers. Great

Best matcha milk tea that I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot. I got the matcha Oreo crème drink as well as the classic matcha signature drink with boba. The wait was around 25-30 minutes on a Saturday. Totally worth the wait, as the drink was life changing.

Came here before for the Omomo matcha and personally, I don't think it's anything to write home about, especially for its price. This review is for the Uji milk tea. Unfortunately I came on a day when their espresso machine was broken, so I didn't get my desired drink, but I'm really happy I made the last minute decision of getting the Uji milk tea. The drink is not your basic green milk tea. It's jasmine with a hint of matcha. It's light and floral. It definitely felt high-quality and the flavor was unique. Sometimes boba can feel like a whole meal, but this one was refreshing enough to be considered just an afternoon dessert/pick-me-up without weighing you down. The line is often long, but it goes by fast. Service is great. I went a long time ago when the line used to be down the plaza. Maybe it's because it's fall right now, so the line just barely exited the shop. Pick up after ordering is also pretty fast.

I'm not a huge boba fan, but I am a huge Omomo fan! My favorite drink is the Omomo matcha (with or without boba).

Honestly, not really understanding the hype around OMOMO. This is my second time visiting (didn't write a review for the first) and I still found the drinks to be very mediocre. The first time I ordered their Four Seasons with boba and it was quite bland for me. Second time around, I ordered their Oreo Brûlée Green Milk Tea and it was okay, but nothing over the top. I don't think it's worth the really long line when it's comparable to that of the one at Sunright. Overly sweet and the cream on the sides overpowered the taste of the matcha. Will probably check out the other countless boba spots in Irvine before trying OMOMO again.

Worth the wait? Yeah it is, but waiting for boba still stinks. Got the grapefruit and mango slush and it's real fruit and hand made boba. The crème makes an amazing difference. Basically it's waiting in line for 30 minutes with a majority of college students in Air Force Ones and sprinkle in a few curious older neighborhood folks. They really need to extend the hours and open a few more locations. Top 3 boba ever.
