Yesterday I went in to order 1 chicken cheese Empanada and it was good. Today I order the same thing and got food poisoning. I had to leave work early because of it. It was about 12:30-1pm and it was the only thing I ate today. I’m not coming here anymore because of this. Totally ruined my day. I just called to talk to a manager and no answer. So I’m leaving this review here!

I went in today and the lady in the front asked, paying with cash? I said; no card. She said; “Oh, use the tablet to order, or do you need help?” I said Yes. She tells one of her associates to come and help (I’m thinking he’s coming to take my order). Nope, I was wrong; he too instructed me to use the tablet. I asked, can’t you just take my order? He said, no, theres the tablet. It’s so unfortunate that we live in a world that corporations and associates don’t want to interact/help customers. It’s called Customer Service. I’ve been in the Customer Service field for over 15 years now; and I fully understand that customers are #1 priority. They are the reasons business is sustained. Needless to say, I left and did not give them my business. Very disappointed in both associates that didn’t help me at all!

An entire nachos bell grande of chip crumbs from the bottom of the bag and basically no sour cream. I expect more for $7. Wont ever visit this location again. My night was ruined.

I love taco bell because of how well they make them, how well they do good on carefully serve them to people, and even how their place is clean and nice, I love the place. 10/10.

They always mess up your order, especially if you use the mobile app. I literally have to open the packages of my food and check in the drive thru window to make sure they got it right. Cause they will charge you for the add for sure.
