Check your bank. They added a tip for themselves on there. The dessert was trash gave me some sugar with milk and called it coconut dessert. They gave me a little tiny piece of durian that didn’t even have a seed. To show you how small it was.

Probably one of the worst dessert place I've ever been. We ordered a sesame and walnut soup. I was already pretty disappointed judging by the look of it since I can totally tell they're made from powder and water and the power aren't even totally dissolved... the mango pancake was below average. The pancake and cream are acceptable but again the mango tasted like canned mangos which I think they are and tasted hard and artificial. Honestly I don't know how this place get so many good reviews it was completely empty when we were here.

This place has something for everyone! Huge expansive menu selection perfect for large groups or people who love options.Tried the mango coconut noodle soup. Sounds weird I know, but it's super tasty! It's coconut milk with mangos, sago, and long strands of coconut jelly. I think it could've had more coconut jelly noodles but otherwise was happy. My bf had a mango smash smoothie which went well with the clear jellies. Pretty similar to the Sunright one and it's refreshing and creamy.Need to try some other desserts next time!

I got the mango yakult and it was not that sweet but still good! I enjoyed the mango pieces in the drink. Although, I did not appreciate the customer service here as the guy kept being very rude almost as if he was mad that we were ordering. Probably wouldn't go out of my way to go here.

So glad I decided to give this place a try because it was pretty good! I tried the mango coconut noodle dessert, and I really really liked it. The mangoes were really sweet, and the coconut noodles were such a nice touch to the dessert. It was perfectly sweet as well. Shoutout to the guy who was working because he was running a one man show! I definitely will be back to try other desserts.

I've been here twice now and both times I ordered the mango coconut noodle soup. The first time was really good so I got it again this time around. I was debating this place or another popular HK dessert spot, but chose this place because the price for how much you get is a lot better AND it also tastes good!! As another Yelper mentioned, it's a no frill spot..it doesn't look like anything fancy. It's quite the opposite, but the people that work there are really nice, and service is quick. I just felt that I needed to address this other Yelper saying how the smell of cigarettes turned them off and only gave 2 stars. The reason is because their business is next to this hookah spot and the door is open / connected to the outdoor area where people do hookah and maybe smoke cigarettes. That's what I experienced today, but it wasn't bad and the first time I didn't smell cigarettes at all. Anyways, don't let that deter you from trying this place out!

Decent spot for Hong Kong dessert! Not as good as Asian dessert places in the 626 area, but it's good for Irvine. We got the grass jelly with red bean, mung bean and taro paste, the mango rolls, and the mango ice with rice balls. The grass jelly was a pretty good with a generous amount of red bean and mung beans. The mango rolls were just okay to me because the cream tasted too milky to me and the mango ice with rice balls tasted good with chunks of mango.

Finally a asian dessert place in Irvine. We went to the location when it was still located at the Tustin Marketplace but it has moved now to the Dupont location. I ordered the sago and coconut milk with tofu pudding. The dessert itself was good, not too sweet and was refreshing. It was quite pricey for the amount that you are getting though. The service was quick and staff were friendly. Definitely will try to come more often and try some of their other desserts.

Pretty good but the whole place smells like old frying oil and the whole plaza (?) kinda has the China town feel.

My husband and I love this place! He tries new things and they're always good. I am lactose intolerant and have a lot of dietary restrictions, but they're so friendly and helpful that they work with me to make me something I can eat! And it's always really good.

I liked this place. unfortunately there is a lot of competition here in Irvine so it's so hard to chose. I order a cloud matcha but to be honest it was lacking flavor in the other hand my husband order a mango drink and it was so tasty. The service was really nice and friendly and super helpful

Would've been a solid 4 stars, but a couple of significant bait & switches happened. Ordered the durian and purple rice snow for myself. My friend got the mango and strawberry. After hearing there was no patio seating since it belonged to a different food/hookah place, we asked for the desserts in to go packaging since we had puppers. After walking across the parking lot to a random outside table, we opened the desserts. I realized they gave me a mango and purple rice snow. Since there is a price difference, I walked back to ask about the change in fruits. The person behind the counter seemed sheepish and did not dispute my claim at having ordered the durian option. She immediately agreed to add the missing fruit. The other bait & switch is the fact that it is not true snow. The base is essentially shaved ice with milk. The milk flavor was inconsistent throughout the icy base. Also, TIL that purple rice could mean a mixture of sticky rice, red bean paste, and corn kernels. The saving grace was the fruits were pretty ripe. The durian seemed like it was blended into a paste rather than unadultered fruit, but the flavor was solid. Undetermined if there will be a repeat.
