The young lady was utterly rude, either doesn’t want to be there, or deranged, either had a long night, or under the influence of whatever recreational consumption; not sure about their spice, pretty sure there is lot of grumpiness.

Lots of mixed reviews, but don't knock it 'til you try it :)!Hungry and not wanting to leave the house, I decided to order delivery. Random fact: This is the 2nd time in my life where I've ordered food for delivery (other than pizza). For my food, I ordered their Pad Thai w/ Beef. I've been on a Pad Thai binge since I'm addicted to the flavor and the noodles. The dish normally has a tangy flavor to it which I like, and I also love the thin noodles that are used. How was it?Pad Tai w/ Beef: A warm delivery! So I suppose you can say I ate it while it was fresh. Opted for no bean sprouts or green onions because I don't like them with this dish. The thin noodles and flavor were just what I was looking for and expected. The beef, though there wasn't much, was pretty good. The noodles weren't long strands, they seemed to be cut shorter. I didn't mind this as it made it much easier to eat, and I was definitely not in the mood to twirl my noodles like spaghetti. I requested a medium spice level and it was perfect! The food arrived in a timely manner, no complaints there.I can't speak for the service as I didn't interact with anyone at the restaurant, but maybe next time I'll dine in to find out!

Decent food for a reasonable price. The food is too spicy though, make sure you ask for low spice.

Flavor on the chicken pad thai was on point. Easily one of my new favorite spots for pad thai as they have some of the best Thai food in Irvine. Kitchen is well staffed and the food comes out fresh and hot. Had medium spice and it had a beautiful kick to it. I definitely if you are looking for some of the best Pad Thai in Irvine.

Amazing Thai food! One of the best Thai restaurants. If you're into spicy dishes this is the place for you. Their spice levels are wild (mild is already pretty spicy). Highly recommend this place! The price is great as well. Definitely a restaurant I will eat at many many times.

Came here on a Thursday night with my boyfriend after checking out the other options in the plaza. It was not super busy, but the restaurant is on the smaller side, so beware for larger groups. The process of ordering includes going to the counter and seating yourself - I decided on the pad see ew with tofu.Portion sizes are decent for the price - it felt like fast food Thai food. I liked the noodles, but thought the broccoli seemed out of place in the dish. Overall, though, my boyfriend and I both preferred my order over his (pad Thai with beef). Come check it out for an affordable Thai option!

Not sure why this place gets so many bad reviews as this place is a solid choice for Thai food. Is it gourmet? No. Is it good for a quick bite? Yes. If you come here with the expectation that it's gourmet then you've come to the wrong place. I got the Pad Thai, and it was good!!And be warned, this food is spicy! Mild is pushing it for me, though I generally don't eat spicy to begin with. For those that said that they weren't expecting their spice levels to be soooooo spicy, read the menu next time...

Last time we had Thai Spice, it was at the Tustin Marketplace location. Since they closed, we have been craving their food. We finally had a chance to drive down to the last remaining location in Irvine for lunch today. I got the chicken wontons appetizer and the Pad See Ewe. The food was fresh and delicious. Wontons were perfectly crispy. Pad see ewe was flavorful and filling with just a touch of spice. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I'll definitely be back

This is located inside the same plaza as Sunright! I've always walked past this place and wanted to try it and now I finally did. The food...was kinda of a let down..but it's just OK...I definitely think there are better Thai food options out there but this is serviceable in a pinch.
