Young blonde barista has no clue what she’s doing and was extremely rude to my daughter. They were also out of stock of the drink that was ordered and failed to let us know until after the order was placed.

Not only did my chai latte taste horrendous, but when I approached the manager Michelle to express my dissatisfaction and to have the drink remade properly, she responded with an attitude just as nasty like the drink she made. She told me to drink something else if I didn't like. It's ironic how their own policy claims they would remake a drink if a customer is unhappy, yet they failed to do so. Unless you enjoy subpar drinks, policies being ignored, and abrasive people like Michelle. I highly recommend you go elsewhere and avoid this location like the plague.

I came to get a Vanilla spiced oat latte. The cashier was helpful and said they were out of cardamom but was able to add cinnamon to the drink. The place was busy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I decided to treat my coworkers to some coffee in the morning. Put in the order about 10 minutes after they opened. I arrived about 20 after they opened and noticed someone walked in but locked the door behind them. I realized they had come in late to open the store so they decided to cancel my order. I was left with no coffee and ended late to work while trying to figure it all out. First time going here on the suggestion of a coworker and will also be my last. I know it's not a big loss for them but I wanted to warn everyone else in case you were planning a morning coffee run.

You wouldn't expect it, but the Vietnamese Coffee is really good here. Nice balance of bitter and sweet. The chorizo burrito is also delicious but it gets sold out sometimes. The plaza is not very busy, and it's next to a lot of restaurants. There's indoor and outdoor seating, with umbrellas outside.

First time here. Not a particularly customer friendly crew. Seemed a lot more interested in non-stop talking, joking, and laughing with each other. The latte was absolutely the worst... HORRIBLE! The regular coffee was nothing more than brown water. Wanted to ask for a refund. Haha. Definitely won't return.

So let me preface this by saying I have a lot of compassion for people who work retail jobs. I understand that customers can be annoying, sometimes even malicious to cashiers or other employees. I always try to treat people in such positions with humanity and respect. So this morning, I went to this Coffee Bean as I had a few times prior, and the woman working the register seemed displeased. When she finally came to take my order, she didn't say a word. She just stood there and glared at me. I asked her earnestly if she was ok, to which she replied that it was a weird question to ask. I said I didn't think it was, and then she walked away and said "someone else can take your order." Fortunately one of the other guys working at the time was kind enough to take my order and ring me up. (Thank you bro if you're reading this.) Please don't think of this as a condemnation of the store itself. It's a perfectly good coffee shop, but that was one of the worst customer interactions I've ever had.

Was honestly not happy at all with the experience here this past week. I was in line for what felt like forever as the cashier was arguing with the one customer in line in front of me - not a huge deal especially since the cashier wasnt rude at all to me. But what was worse was how bad the drink was. I ordered the iced cookie butter latte and the entire drink tasted like sugar water with a tiny bit of crushed biscoff cookies. I was able to get some studying done as the place was relatively quiet and has plenty of tables but I don't plan on ordering a drink from here ever again.

Male Barista, shift supervisor, taking orders at the counter was rude to the customers with a humbbug attitude. He was very rude to the elder gentleman and gave him attitude. He gave me a death ray just because I laughed about something. Gentleman who stood behind me told me he was being very mean and I should report him.I told him he is probably upset because he had to work on Christmas morning, and he probably IS the managerThe Barista made customers leave with a very sour test of coming back to this store.I should have gone to the StarbucksHope he gets coals in his stocking for makiing his customers feel bad?

I waited 35 minutes for a scone at which time I had drank all my coffee. When I asked if they forgot my order I was rudely told they were very busy. I saw plenty of people come in after me and get their food right away. I don’t mind waiting, but the rude barista is inexcusable.

Ordered hot earl gray tea. It was a good quality. The staff were professional. The interior design was good and gave a coffee shop feeling. It was a little crowded when I visited on Sunday night. It is conveniently located in a plaza. Recommend this coffee shop.

Wouldn't recommend the salted caramel drink! Midnight mocha is pretty decent though.
