Despite arriving early with eager anticipation, we were met with a shocking revelation: Habit Burger claimed to be closed. It was a baffling situation, considering their posted operating hours clearly indicated they should have been open.This inconvenience was not only disappointing but also highly inconvenient. We had made plans around dining at Habit Burger, only to be turned away without any explanation or apology. It felt like a slap in the face to be denied service despite our punctuality.This lack of transparency and accountability reflects poorly on the establishment's professionalism. If Habit Burger cannot adhere to their own advertised hours, it raises serious questions about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth—figuratively and quite literally, as I left hungry and dissatisfied. I would caution others against relying on Habit Burger for a reliable dining experience, as they seem to lack the basic competence to honor their own opening hours.

I have been going here since its made its OC debut in the early 2010's but haven't been in a few years. I drove by and thought -- wow I haven't had it in a while. So I decided to give it a try for old times sake FOOD - got a double charburger with fries as per usual. Don't get me wrong, it is a solid burger. I do however feel like in today's fast casual burger landscape, solid just isn't good enough. Today, shake shack is available for a comparable price and if im feeling a quick burger, I default to the legendary In-N-Out. SERVICE - standard fast casual AMBIANCE - plenty of seating Would I come back? Unfortunately not

Let me tell you I thought for being in Irvine they would have high expectations but not at this place. The freaking chicken was raw. Got me sick been sitting on the toilet all day long. The first half a sandwich I ate didn't taste bad until I got to the second one made me sick. We will not be returning to this location. All the other locations that do not have drive-through's have better quality food.

Went in today to pick up a Caesar salad for my wife. Drove 40 min home to find out it was the wrong salad...on top of that my wife is pregnant so she can't eat the one they gave us since it was stuffed with blue cheese....super disappointed I'm literally on my way to buy another salad ...
Drive thru will request tip when paying. Sad.The food is amazing and I definitely believe the staff deserves to be paid well, at least enough that the drive through doesn’t have to bring out a little screen and ask you to make a choice. I will tip them if they request one, but my opinion is that it seems a little tacky for a drive thru.

My girlfriend and I ordered a charburger combo and a chicken club sandwich. They ended up getting my girlfriend's order completely wrong and gave her a grilled chicken sandwich. On top of that, she couldn't even enjoy the wrong sandwich since it was dry and overcooked. My girlfriend was really disappointed since she loves the chicken club sandwich. My burger was fine. Definitely not the best compared to other locations. Our fries were also bland and soggy right when we received them. I'm just really disappointed all around and would rather drive to other locations in the area next time

Been to Habit Burger prior and never overwhelmed. This time, my wife and I really enjoyed our meals. Not sure what changed, but better than previous outings. Either this is the way the company intended OR other franchises are inconsistent. You decide....

Ordered a chicken salad, one cheeseburger combo, and 2 kids meals. Prices were reasonable. Salad was pretty good and enjoyed the fries ?, too. Didn't try the hamburger bit kids ate them.Kid-friendliness: Family atmosphere. Clean dinner.
