This is the worst location in San Diego! For it to be the only one in a certain radius of La Mesa. This location always fail. I was just given cold ass fries. Went inside for more and she instantly gave me more fries but had the nastiest attitude. What was the point of giving me cold fries to begin with? If it only took you 30 secs to replace my old fries with new fries why not just have me wait at the window for the new batch? The quality control here is horrible. This is my 3rd bad experience. I won't be back. I'm not sure if ppl think because it's fast food that customer service and quality food is not required.

This Jack is in a somewhat run-down area. The audience is a bit scary.But I liked the taccos here better than in other branches.
So I've been going to this store since I was a kid; my childhood jack in the box, my mom would get fries, and I would get curly. Everything was good until tonight, when my friend and I went through the drive-through and ordered fries. I then proceeded to tell them their fries are amazing..... We get home, MOLD!!!!! never coming back.
