We have been coming to The Habit since they opened. This one in particular under manager Manny is amazing. Today we had veggie burgers and they made them to perfection. I will say I miss the thin and sliced cucumbers from years ago. The onion rings were crispy. Lastly, their Pepsi is Wow! Please do whatever you’re doing and not change that machine. We are a coke family. However, the Pepsi here is incredible. Thanks Manny and your staff tor always taking care of us!

Ate at the habit yesterday. It was busy but manageable. While standing in line a person came up to pick up his order it was wrong. We ordered and spent 36.07 which included two orders of onion rings. While we waited we saw our onion rings on the counter for at least 10 minutes. Went to pick up our order and the rings were cold. The employee said he’d redo them (after he touched them). He brought the rings to the table and they were burnt, hard and tasteless. They were so tough they cut the top of our mouths I went to the employee and said these are unacceptable and you just refried them. He asked if we wanted new ones (now? Should have been new ones). Said he would refund our money and has t done so. I really doubt he cares. Do better Habit LaVerne

This is my go to place for food like cheeseburgers and salads. They go beyond the call of duty putting that food together.
They are so generous with free food. Use the app it is useful to get noticed as to how often you frequent their establishment. They come up with new combinations so often I stopped counting. I enjoy the quality of their beef.

We don't eat fast food only because of the flavor, everything has so much grease in it, there just isn't quality food anymore but I spent almost $65 for 3 of us. I won't be back , good service food is horrible

amazoning stunning taste old fashion burger with taste of beef! not some meat you are not sure if it is real beef. Don’t forget put well done. I choose no any sauce. The basic charburger is their best in town. And sometimes you can get buy one get one free on apps or Ubereats. After i have this two tender burgers for only $8 with no line I won’t go to In N Out crazy line. And In N Out I can’t taste their beef favor of burger, it feels like beyond meat in some other restaurant.
It was so busy due to the power outage in La Verne, slammed. The staff was calm, courteous, and working hard. Never felt the pressure they were under. Great service!

Stopped by Christmas Eve on my way home about 1:00 PM. Not terribly busy. I walked in and noticed the girl behind the register preparing orders. Thinking she would acknowledge me as well as the 2 gentleman in front of me. After 7 minutes of waiting, she did not. She did not look up once. No hello, no can I take your order, NOTHING. The same can be said for the entire staff. After 3 additional minutes, I walked out and went elsewhere. I couldn't help but noticed the boldly displayed words "There is no substitute for quality." Do these words apply to quality service as well?
