A little smaller than I care for, but the food and the great service made it worth it! I had the wet burrito with steak as my protein and it was fantastic! If my wife would not have slapped the taste out of my mouth I would have licked the plate! Oh and my wife thought it was the best salsa she’d had in a long time! Highly recommend!

El Jarro exceeded our expectations! To start with, the guacamole and salsa were delicious and full of favor. The chips were hot and freshly made. The Tortas were legit! Flavorful. Chicken Flautas were also scrumptious. Highly recommend for legit Mexican food in white Lafayette!?

I have eaten at Mexican restaurants my entire life and this is the first time I've ever been charged for chips and salsa. $4.50. For a basket of chips and a small cup of watered-down salsa. Not going back.

Good food and service. The chips and salsa were great! This is a small restaurant with some sidewalk seating. I had the taco salad with chicken, which was good. My husband had their chili relleno that was excellent.

I rarely order shrimp in restaurants. I find them to be tough and tasteless. But not at El Jarro! The shrimp tacos are tender and very flavorful. Service is wonderful. The staff is friendly and professional. The tortilla chips are nice and crisp and the guacamole and salsas are great. El Jarro’s prices are very affordable. El Jarro has become a weekly treat. Thembs up!

Great find with amazing tacos. I get the fish and pastor tacos. Wife and kids really like the quesadilla and carnitas!
