So I have the Auntie Anne’s app and I told the cashier I had the QR Code to scan for rewards. He says “you scan that after you pay” which I was skeptical of because paying always ends the transaction, and you always scan the QR code before the transaction is over obviously. But that’s what he said so that’s what I did and of course, after I had paid, there was no way to scan the QR code. So I thought I would just scan the receipt except he did not give me a receipt or put a receipt in the bag as I assumed he would, so I was able to get the reward points. That wouldn’t bother me so much just annoying. But the bigger issue is that the pretzel sucked. It tasted like it was probably made 4 to 5 hours earlier and it just been sitting around getting stale all day. I generally prefer Wetzel pretzels, but my spouse wanted Auntie Anne’s today so I decided to go for him. However, the whole experience reminded me exactly why I prefer Wetzel pretzels. How do you mess up a pretzel when all you make is pretzels? The store definitely takes the do one thing and do it well and reverses it since it does one thing and does it horribly. So yeah, bad food bad service, bad accommodation of the rewards program I would not recommend going to this Auntie Anne’s store ever!

I went early so nothing ready other day old pretzels . Employee there was much more involved in preparing new food than helping customers (and I understand that). Ultimately there was a poor attitude and I was willing to let that all go and not post a review, I noticed that the employee would not stop looking at me until I started to walk away, so paying attention once I began to leave this employee went right back to preparing the pretzels with the same gloves she just used to render my change. I know it will bake off any germs, still it's kinda gross.

The lady working here at 3:40pm today was rolling the dough with gloves stopped to ring me up and take my order then went back to rolling the dough with those same dirty gloves on. She didn't change the gloves or wash her hands before rolling the dough again.

Love Auntie Anne’s but the pretzels were a little bit dry here. Maybe it’s because I went to the store about an hour and a half before closing time but not super close to close.

I got a pretzel with almond pieces. It was crispy, crunchy, and delicious, and I mean every bite. It was warm and ready, so I didn't have to wait at all. Soooo good..

Guy working today was rude and when I ask to scan my app for rewards he said she didn't know how to do that so I just didn't order at all

Bottom of pretzel was burnt. Waste of $5.49.

Cashier told me to download the Annie’s app for a free pretzel. So I went and downloaded it and then showed the cashier, he said it works for some people but he didn’t see the coupon on my app so no free pretzel but I could buy something else and get a pretzel free. What kind of scam is that? I’m like oh well that was a waste of time but whatever lmk just buy a pretzel and be done. I wasn’t expecting a free pretzel in the first place until he mentioned the app. So I ordered my pretzel and asked them to brush some extra butter on my pretzel. It’s not like I asked for a whole dipping sauce of butter, the manager just said no. I could respect if she at least offered at an extra charge but just to say no all together and not even say ok but it’ll be an extra fee was so ridiculous. I get that done all the time with no problem. So I was done and I asked for a refund. Terrible management as someone has stated before. And encouraging workers to trick customers into downloading an app for a free pretzel just to make more money is sad.

I visited auntie Anne's inside lakewood center mall to claim my birthday rewards using app.Im having a hard time locating the reward on the app so I tried showing the cashier the birthday email that I got from you guys.I was kindly asking her if she can help me locate it but instead she gave me a straight up look and attitude that she's not happy that I was just there to claim free food.im a huge fan of auntie Anne's for years now and I'm not only looking to just get my freebies that day but since she already gave me attitude I just gave up and told her ok if you can't help me it's fine. and she just Said k bye.so I walk away after 5 mins I figured out how to locate the barcode that she's telling me without it no free.she sounds like she don't speak too much English which I totally understand so I showed her the code and while punching it to her computer she's shaking her head and still shaking her head while getting my free pretzel still showing me that she's not happy that I'm gettinrg free food.im including this experience to my vlog soon coz it's a lil disappointing. her name in my receipt was graciela M .

Just ordered and observed this person who was working by herself. She was wearing her white gloves and served 3 customers WITHOUT modifying it after touching other people’s money. While observing her, it kinda disgust me. This is an unsanitary place to serve with other people that are going to buy in this place!.. Watch out guys, and observed this person differently. I’m not buying this food from this kind of place anymore….

So, I walked in after leaving Hansen's Bakery. I was greeted by a friendly cashier who recommended the best thing on the menu ( it was also 1 of the most expensive item on the menu) Oxtail dinner ! I've never at a dinner where the side dishes was better than the main dish . The oxtails were overly cooked dry and old . I was so disappointed because they bagged everything so nice . Everything was separated in it's only dish not just on one plate but I really wish the oxtails were at least meaty ! Nope ! Not worth my $31 YES $31 and the side dishes were tasty I had the yams which were tasty and the Braised cabbage which I think meant undercooked and rice and gravy which the gravy was different than the gravy on the Oxtails ! They give you 4 tiny muffins with great tasting Butter! I love to support my black own business but I also value my money and for $31 , I should've at least had fresh oxtails. I really need a do over !

The guy at the cash register did NOT get my order right! I waited for 20 minutes only to find out he forgot one of my pretzels. Terrible service and incompetent people is a bad combination!

Second time ordering from this location. Had the same girl wearing a "KIMBERLY" necklace both times. Both times she was extremely unfriendly. No greeting, no personality, very rude. She didn't ask if I wanted my pretzels salted. Just gave them to me, turned around and walked away. I didn't want them after that. I just threw them away. I'll stick with Wetzel pretzel.

It was a Sunday afternoon after got out of round 1 my fiancé and I decided to get a pretzel at this place . The cashier idk her name she work on Sunday at the afternoon shift , really rude while we order the pretzel, we didn't know what kind and she didn't offer us anything just stood there and wait , we also ask about the sauce and she didn't bother telling us what type of sauce and when we need her to repeat it she repeat it in an annoying way and barely repeat what we didn't hear . I was confused on what sauce so I just pick cream cheese. She didn't bother to say that she will charge extra for the sauce and without saying anything she takes the money and walk off to get the sauce. She came back without saying thank you or anything and just hand it to us . I wouldn't want to come back and felt like we wasted our money over something we don't feel like eating anymore due to her attitude

I order delivery thru Yelp. I only received 1/2 of my meal. When I call the establishment they blame it on the person making the delivery. Umm you package the order and tape it shut. You are RESPONSIBLE for the order entirely. It's time you take responsibility instead of pointing the finger.
