Tasted ok but the boba drinks are a little watery and bobas are smaller amount than what I’m used to. They charge .78 for adding bobas and .78 for large size. The regular size is too small imo.

They always take sooo long even for just one drink. The workers also are pretty rude. I did a mobile order to avoid the wait and when I arrived they still haven’t even started making my drink and the worker just said ok I’ll start it right now. I normally don’t write negative reviews but I just really don’t recommend this location. The one in long beach on clark is much better.

Love this Tea place they always fast on serving you the drinks and the set up of the place is very nice and fresh it makes you relax and unwind while you wait for your order.My favorite drink is the Red Guava Green tea its very flavored, they don't put the red dry guava in the drink anymore but its fine it taste the same.What I like about this place is you can choose the amount of sugar in your drink so for me its a big plus!!

Boba is decent, definitely had better but definitely had worse, very "good."Selection is very wide, because of that and the so many locations it feels like some of the quality isn't as high or very artificial. But if you stick to safer options like brown sugar with boba then you should be fine. Service friendly.

We ordered the Jasmine Green Milk Tea and the Monster Boba Latte. The Jasmine Green Milk Tea was well flavored, it wasn't overly sweet and I could taste the green tea base nicely. The Monster Boba Latte was also good, it is on the sweeter side and had a thicker consistency though. The woman that took my order was nice, ours drinks came out quickly although there were a few people ahead of us. The shop is on the smaller side but they had a decent amount of seating for small groups. Positive experience!

Been going to this location almost weekly since before the pandemic but in the past year the consistency of the drink and customer service has been going downhill very rapidly. My recommendation to the owner: less horseplay in the kitchen and more training on how to make drinks consistently across different sweet levels and ice levels. And please don't avoid customers, it is very obvious.

I'm only giving this two stars for my constant experience with a particular individual. I don't expect high end customer service because I know how it feels to work in this industry, but this individual is just down right rude. I don't care for hellos or that fake customer service you're suppose to put on, I get it, customer suck bro. But he literally doesn't acknowledge you at all. Like at all. It's not hard to be a decent person.You can clearly see how miserable he is. It only leads me to to assume how their manager treats them. I've always loved every ding tea I've walked into. But the consistent service I get from this individual is quite annoying. It's okay to have bad days, but don't take it out on people who don't deserve it. But overall, the drinks 10/10. THE BOBA IS SO WARM and every other individual has been super nice thus far.

Everyime I go here I leave satisfied with my order. They make my original milk tea proper and consistent. I normal visit Yoshinoya then stop in here for boba. This is the wife's favorite Ding Tea as well. She never has a complaint like when we visited the LosAlamitos Ding Tea. Will be back to try more flavors. They can get busy at times but they are fast with service.

My teenage daughter went to get us boba while I was in the car and when she came back she told me the workers were playing a very explicit song!! Talking about women's private parts and what a man will do to it!! How is this allowed?! What kind of establishment is this?!

Never leave them a tip because they always forget one thing when you are ordering with topping, boba. This has happened multiple times. The man with long wavy hair was so rude as well. I ordered a large drink with no boba; my bf ordered a large drink and he CLEARLY said with BOBA. The total came out to be $10+ and my bf decided to add a 15% tip. The worker didn't even acknowledge the tip, no thank you or whatsoever. A few seconds later, the drinks came out fast and my bf's drink came out with no boba. We called the rude worker about it and my bf said that he ordered the drink with boba and the worker replied "no you didn't." So funny how this man still works here.
