Why use app? Order was not started until after I showed up. Overall order time from placing on app to walking out was an hour.

The staff was so nice team members Mario,Jordan,Vianca, all recommended a new drink for me which is now my go to The Açaí with 2% milk instead of soy milk taste so good customer service is good and gave me the extra in a kids cup their customer service went above and beyond

I was there 2 weeks ago and ordered a drink. As I was waiting I had to use their restroom. I was denied by guy who took my order and their manager Vanessa. They told me restroom was only for employees. Then they told me to use Jimmy John's restroom located next to them. To make matters worse a customer in line started threatening me to leave the clerks alone and to "piss somewhere else". She also threatened to drop me to the ground and beat me if I came close to her! Where am I?? When did the Jamba Juice in Lakewood become a dangerous location? All I was asking was to use the restroom while I waited for my drink to be made! Never again will I go here! Beware all including restaurants next door. Jamba management telling their customers to use others restrooms. And to the lady (that's a stretch) I really believe in Karma. Next person you threaten verbally may beat you or do worse.

I Love Jamba juice, the workers are so friendly & nice ...the Jamba juice is always good & my egg bake, I love it....kudos to Jamba Juice & their employees!!!

I ordered a drink online when I got to the location it was closed got there 30 min before it said they closed and still took my money I went in the next day and said they will give me my drink they told me they didn’t have an ingredient for the drink I wanted to I asked for my money back I was told I will get my money back in 7 days but never did

I'm going to be honest with everybody that reads this review. I stop coming to the Jamba Juice on Candlewood in the city of Lakewood. The reason is because their employees had attitudes, acted like they didn't want to help the customers and just all out rude. Until about a few months ago when I tried the Lakewood Jamba Juice once again (in the neighborhood) and I met the store manager Debra. Debra has turned that Jamba Juice location around. Every time I see her, she always smiling, greets everyone that walks in and she just stands out as a manager. Debra's professionalism as a manager will always keep me coming back to this Jamba Juice. Thank you Ms. Debra (Manager)

Came to pick up an uber eats order at 9pm. Sign on door said closed while employees are inside.I show them my order screen, the boy comes to the door and says we got that order but won't make it cuz my coworker wants to leave early. How unprofessional is that ? You cost me time and money and paying customers are screwed. Do better.Thumbs down . ??

Please do not go to this Jamba Juice location, I am begging you all. I just had to walk out and leave because the customer service was terrible. The line is out the door and the staff are only currently prepping online orders. No one was greeted by any of the staff and everyone in line is literally watching them fulfill online orders and ignore us.

Every time I go to get a fresh squeezed OJ machine is always down or they never have oranges the customer service is good nice and helpful but the machine management not the best please fix this Jamba

Sunday night 9/10/23 arrived at about 7:35pm. There were two other customers before me. As soon as I got up to order the worker turned away to start making the other customers orders. Which was understandable because it seemed as though he was the only one working. But he never said I will be right with you. So I stood there until about 7:55pm by that time there were two more customers behind me and still never once said thank you for your patience I will be right with you. But instead he goes to the back gets a loaded trash can and roll it past us to take out trash still without saying anything! At that point I walked out! Horrible customer service! Didn't care at all for your customers!

Poor service. No communication. Difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. They canceled my order when I placed it almost an hour before closing. I've had 2 drivers try to pick up my order only to get it canceled by this store!!!! Never again will I order from this place and I will be sure to let everyone I know not to waste their time on this location.

This is one unprofessional Jamba Juice.. we arrived today Sunday 8/6 at 7:32am and the place was closed even though they open at 7am. There was an employee sitting in his car and said he was waiting for his manager to come open up but she was running late.Get it together Jamba Juice you represent a corporate name. This is the 2nd time we arrive like this and the place is closed when its supposed to be open. Next time it happens I’m goona call and report your location to the BBB.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at Jamba Juice. When I walked in I was not greeted. I said to the lady (with no name tag on) hello she said what can I get you? Just so inconsiderate. I ordered an Apple and Greens drink small. That drink had more lumps of kale than I ever seen. I kept looking at the drink and sipping saying this don't taste right. The staff needs to be retrained in customer service and how to properly make a drink.
