Went thru the drive-thru last night. Had to repeat order four times bc cashier was talking and laughing with other employees. Ordered the combo wraps, 1 additional wrap, 2 chicken littles and mash potatoes. Couldn't get the chicken littles bc they had no more strips available. Couldn't get the fries that came with combo bc they were out of fries. Couldn't get the mash potatoes bc the only sides they had available was the Mac n Cheese. Surprising a chicken place was out of chicken and out of the 6 sides they offer they only had Mac n Cheese available. What a waste of time! ?♀️

Let me start by saying how rude the cashier Christopher is. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. The chicken was cold and hard, the biscuit was like a brick, and the coleslaw was watery and juice was all over the other food in the box all for 13.32‼️ This food is definitely not worth the money and has declined in taste! Never again.

Bad food and bad service! I saw ads for nuggets with the Original Recipe. I was told they were extra crispy. I ordered a breast Original Recipe with instead. The breading was tasteless and soggy and the chicken was dry. They didn't have biscuits and gave me a stale roll. I haven't been to a KFC in at least 5 years because of bad food and bad service. Nothing has changed.

We got are order pretty fast food was good chicken a bit to greasy. And, they forgot one of our side dishes but ofcourse didn't forget to charge us for it. But, that I know to check if I go next time. Customer service is okay. Could be better.
