Poor customer service, I had ordered a combo plate, when I got home it wasn’t then I called to let them know, they said come back or we give you a meal, I took the meal for next time. Then few minutes later Mr George called back arguing that he had repeated order to me and he was cancelling any meal.. lol.. are you kidding me!! So unprofessional and shameless . I do not recall order repeated.. thumbs down ?…

Super casual spot for some Hawaiian-inspired cuisine. There is a comforting aura with the dishes here. Everything is priced with value in mind and is always a great alternative to higher-priced restaurants these days. The Kalua Pork is excellent here. There is a nice blend of flavors and smoke-goodness. Galbi and Chicken are also equally delicious. However, I was turned off by their macaroni salad which had a taste that was not to my preference.

I was dining at this location on 10/29/2023 with my wife. I just check my credit card today and looks like the waiter added $2.10 on top of our tip we gave. This is a total fraud and so unethical. Is this even legal? We also called and ask for the manager but the gentleman said no manager is available. He didn't sound surprised about what we said nor show urgency of the matter.

This is a review for Catering Take Out services - never tip ahead of time.I ordered over $300 of catering service food, and tip ahead of time when I ordered these food a week prior to the event. On Saturday at 11:30am, I asked if I can get some help to carry out the food with me. I was rudely told "we are too busy to help you, it will only take you a few trips and they are not that hot". I am so dissappointed with their service. I will never tip any to go over until I receive the service going forward.
